Does anybody have information on this missile the QW2/ANZA II is supposed to be shoulder launched and is better and cheeper then the stinger missiles what about the ANZA III all i have been able to work out is that its a ground launched version similar to the anza2 but with an additional rocket booster and improved seeker head for further range about 15km and 6km altitude. but more importantly is there really any use of these types of missiles anymore , its warhead is the same size as the anza2/stinger and its ground based wouldnt it just be better to make slightly heavier(larger rocket and better seeker) version of anza 2 and make it shoulder launched but with a seat/tripod/stand similar to the French Mistral and RBS 70 so that it is more mobile.

are these types of missiles(including shoulder launched stingers/anza/qw/hn5/sa-16) of any use against modern fighter jets and helicopters.
