Sada details a frightening passage in which Saddam asked for his advice about attacking Israel with chemical weapons -- the nerve gases Tabun, Sarin 1 and Sarin 2. He also explains how Saddam managed to smuggle his weapons of mass destruction out of Iraq and into Syria, following a natural disaster in northwestern Syria on June 4, 2002.

Linkage

Here is hard proof of both the existance and where WMD's went. As I have always said the real queation is "where did the WMD's go"?

How is it at a time when Iran is also "known" by the world to be very close to building a nuke, this game of "where's the WMD" is still being played.

So this crazy madman stashes his WMD's instead of using them against us? So let me guess we invade Syria, but they smuggled it to Yemen.... But no the Palestinians have it... Let's go on a goose chase and kill a bunch of innocents along the way!

The hardness of THE PROOF is not softened by the CIA dclaring bad intel.

The heartless and the brainless are not softened by the flowing civillian blood either.

Lust for oil, dollars, markets, raw materials.....
victory against terrorism.....conquest of the world........ all coloured in innocent blood.

If he used them he would have had the entire world attacking him. If he doesn't, he looks like the good little boy he's playing himself out to be and it looks like the US has absolutely no reason to attack, turning the world against the US.

Which would you rather have happen?

To me, the question isn't where the weapons and weapons making capabilities went, as we have known that for years, but why the courageous Bush has not been willing to go where they are being kept and, maybe, disseminated to groups willing to transport and use them as terrorist weapons.
Coul dit be that this is what is being expected, to further fuel the "war"?
Just a thought.

Meanwhile, Belgium's intelligence chief has resigned after it emerged that warnings from the CIA went unheeded and that the country's state security agency failed to stop a Belgian company exporting nuclear-sensitive equipment to Iran.

A Belgian parliamentary committee revealed the Iranian export Tuesday, the day after the head of the country's state security agency, Koen Dassen, quit over accusations the agency failed to inform the government about the CIA's warnings.

The HARD PROOF from where WMD come. All WMD invention of the so-called civilized world.
Black-marketed for megre money gains. Affluence directly proportional to corruption and WMD capability.

IDIOTS are chasing users. Lets catch the manufacturers.

Listen, think logically and you will agree.

Will you favour the nuclear powers to be tried in UN, poor puppet fed by the earnings from arms sale?

Wars/conflicts are necessary to keep the arms manufacturing industry running.

Yeah, kind of like was done with their best aircraft. They were flown to Iran,
a country they just had a WAR with. Syria would be the best place to smuggle
WMDs into.

That's exactly what I'd do if my strategy was to ultimately rid the region of WMDs
as well as the capabilities for their manufacture.

OK take a deep breath.

This "madman" had piolts fly MIG's to his enemy Iran during and after the first war.

He also buried entire squadrons of MIG's in the deep desert along with fuel, ammo etc.

So your "hard proof" is that one of Saddam's top generals said so? You trust the word of Saddam's top generals now?

This is not any kind of proof. It's hearsay. By someone who's selling a book, no less.

Wait, so your saying we had a reason to attack Iraq, I'm not sure if you heard the news, but there are no ties between Iraq and Al-Qaeda... none... and there are no WMD's, but now it's to spread democracy, but heaven forbid, they elect who THEY want!

I find it very hard to believe, that a man so bent on hurting the US, wouldn't take one of the best chances to wipe out as many US soldiers as possible... The entire world attacking him? As if the US military attacking Iraq isn't equivocal to the world attacking it!
Saddam playing a good little boy
Even he knows he can't play that card
And, if you hadn't noticed, most of the world was/is against the US invasion of Iraq from the get go, including a majority of the populace of the UK.. and if it weren't for the endless attempts of our gov't to scare the crap out of everybody, most people wouldn't have supported the invasion either...

I would rather have the United States leave Iraq and quit creating more terrorists, come home, defend our borders, and get all the illegals out! And end this absurd "War on Terror" and "War on Drugs"

It only took them 3yrs to come up with this story and a guy to tell the tale.

Frankly the surprise is that they even bothered at this stage, who do they think is listening?
Surely it can only be the once absolutely convinced but now wavering supporters of the entire enterprise?
Are there that many of them left?

Mind you, apparently 47% of Americans think the universe is 10 000 years or less old (and created by 'God' www.religioustolerance.org... ) so maybe there is a lot of them turning on the liars that so clearly lied to them.

Well I guess if Georges Sada writes it in his book, it must be true....Id want a second confirmation before Id believe that book......

Im not saying Saddam never had weapons. In fact, I bet he did. He used them to gas the Kurds, in that mass slaughter! But where did he get them from?

Ahhhhhhhhhh!

Here is a picture of Donald Rumsfeld (currently Secretary of Defense) shaking hands with Saddam in 1983. He was acting on behalf of the Reagan/Bush Administration to pave the way for American companies to sell Chemical and Biological weapons to Saddam! These were the same chemical weapons used to gas the fricken Kurds!

www.sundayherald.com...

www.washingtonpost.com...

Ohh but now Saddam is the big enemy, and we need to invade Iraq, even though we the chance to remove him before but didnt. And oooooh, he has weapons of mass destruction! But according to one of his generals, he snuck the WMDs out of the country to Syria......well wouldnt Syria still have them then? Ohhhh they dont! What a coincidence!

I thought it was common knowledge that CNSNews isn't really a news agency? It's fake. It makes things up.

The Cybercast News Service was launched on June 16, 1998 as a news source for individuals, news organizations and broadcasters who put a higher premium on balance than spin and seek news that’s ignored or under-reported as a result of media bias by omission.

Study after study by the Media Research Center, the parent organization of CNSNews.com, clearly demonstrate a liberal bias in many news outlets – bias by commission and bias by omission – that results in a frequent double-standard in editorial decisions on what constitutes "news."

In response to these shortcomings, MRC Chairman L. Brent Bozell III founded CNSNews.com in an effort to provide an alternative news source that would cover stories that are subject to the bias of omission and report on other news subject to bias by commission.

It's run by the Media Research Center

The mission of the Media Research Center is to bring balance and responsibility to the news media. Leaders of America's conservative movement have long believed that within the national news media a strident liberal bias existed that influenced the public's understanding of critical issues. On October 1, 1987, a group of young determined conservatives set out to not only prove - through sound scientific research - that liberal bias in the media does exist and undermines traditional American values, but also to neutralize its impact on the American political scene. What they launched that fall is the now acclaimed
--- Media Research Center (MRC).

All thanks to this guy:

Lecturer, syndicated columnist, television commentator, debater, marketer, businessman, publisher and activist, L. Brent Bozell III, 49, is one of the most outspoken and effective national leaders in the conservative movement today.

Founder and President of the Media Research Center, Mr. Bozell runs the largest media watchdog organization in America. Established in 1987, the MRC has made “media bias” a household term, tracking it daily and printing the compiled evidence biweekly in its well-known Notable Quotables, which also releases an annual “Best of NQ” edition selected by a nationwide panel of judges active in the news industry. His most recent book, Weapons of Mass Distortion: The Coming Meltdown of the Liberal Media, was released in July of 2004. Other MRC books include And That's the Way It Isn't: A Reference Guide to Media Bias; Pattern of Deception: The Media's Role in the Clinton Presidency; How to Identify, Expose and Correct Liberal Media Bias; and Out of Focus: Network Television and the American Economy. A sequel to And That’s the Way It Isn’t is pending publication. The MRC website at www.mediaresearch.org... is one of the most popular and comprehensive conservative sites in America.
Founder and President of the Parents Television Council, Mr. Bozell leads the only Hollywood-based organization dedicated to restoring responsibility to the entertainment industry. The PTC at www.parentstv.org... features the Family Guide to Prime Time Television, which aids parents in making informed viewing decisions for their children. PTC conducted the largest national newspaper ad campaign in history with late Honorary Chairman Steve Allen, and has mobilized almost one million parents and other concerned members who are taking the entertainment industry and its sponsors to task.

Exclusive: Saddam Possessed WMD, Had Extensive Terror Ties
By Scott Wheeler
CNSNews.com Staff Writer
October 04, 2004

(CNSNews.com) - Iraqi intelligence documents, confiscated by U.S. forces and obtained by CNSNews.com, show numerous efforts by Saddam Hussein's regime to work with some of the world's most notorious terror organizations, including al Qaeda, to target Americans. They demonstrate that Saddam's government possessed mustard gas and anthrax, both considered weapons of mass destruction, in the summer of 2000, during the period in which United Nations weapons inspectors were not present in Iraq. And the papers show that Iraq trained dozens of terrorists inside its borders.

But i want to know in all honesty

1) Who is afraid of Iran? (Or the Big Bad Wolf for that matter!)

2) Do you still think that Iraq is involved with Al-Qaeda? (This is a loaded quetsion!)

3) Did you know you are more likely to be killed in a car accident, than by a terrorist? (Lookout! Behind you!)

Why would the world attack Iran for defending itself from invasion with weapons similar if not the same as the US has in its arsenal. Bush told an all out lie, got caught out so blamed his intel. Any movement like this would have been picked up by satalite images or the many agents in Iraq before the invasion.

edit- meant Iraq not Iran.
