Well, I don't remember Saddam ever doing anything to show he had the weapons of mass destruction. Again they are blaiming poor Saddam... First accusing him that that he had the chemical weapons, now that he was BLUFFING... Saddam just wanted to be attacked. He's always the one responsible.

Maybe the suckers will yet again believe the story...

Anyway, good Saddam's gone. The NWO now can spread around Middle East.

In hindsight should he have been attacked?

He was only terrorising his own people, and if he hadn't been attacked the US would have about 360 less dead soldiers and over a thousand less wounded ones. They would also have more than 100 billion more money, and not so much arab hatred.

So all in all he should have been left alone.

net chicken i would have to disaggree by stopping saddam we have put another madman out of power. hitler was only terrorising his people untill he started invading his surrounding countries.

Gee I'm confused..,

GWB is accused by left wing looneys of thinking of terrorizing his people and they want him impeached,

but Saddam Hussein murders and tortures his people and threatens other autonomous populations and we should ignore him..,

please explain?

There are still heaps of dictators terrorising their own people, that fact that he did that cannot be seen as a justifiable reason. What about Mugabe, or the generals in Burma? They would have to be removed as well under that justification.

Although Saddam "threatened others" from the results and the people who DIDN'T find any WMD in hindsight he couldn't actually do anything.

So how bad was he? All bluff and thunder in the end.

Still at the time I was was for the war because, silly me, I believed Bush and Blair.
