THENEO...I believe along very similar lines...

But what can you/we do about it? Nothing...its no use...just live your life as best you can...the moves have already been made, just we haven't noticed that 'Checkmate' was called ages ago...

I'm with Byrd on this one.
There is nothing so "miraculous" I've seen to suggest any alien-government alliance resulting in technology exchange.

Oh, and theyre not so much alien as just a different species that has existed on this planet alongside humans.
