A friend of mine told me that the USA is black, England is dark, Germany is white, Russia is red, and that Sweden is very white. I am extremely interested in a world survey on this matter. Personally, I do not know what to think.

What are you talking about? Security designations? 'Very white?' What's that mean?

Are you talking about racial makeup of the departments, or the citizens, or what?

The NSA was a completely black agency before 1994 when its existence was disclosed. Is that what you mean?

I believe one of the major reasons why God made the USA a great nation is that it appreciates the greatness of all colors.
