I find this interesting as the article states that while four million may become ill, only 40,000 will die. This is quite different than the previously stated 50% death rate stated by others.



A flu pandemic triggered by a new strain of virus against which people would have no defense could cause 40,000 deaths in the Netherlands, according to the country's public health institute (RIVM).

Be more afraid of the "regular" flu. Its already killed 40 in Arizona and many in other states.

A handful around the world is nothing.
