Does God talk to man today?

Many people today believe that god does talk to man. It is difficult to find someone who professes a belief in God, who does not believe that God speaks to us today.

150 years ago, it was just the opposite. Most people believed that God stopped speaking to man back in biblical times, and there was no new Revelation.

So I pose the question: Does God still speak to man?

If so, does he have a specific messenger, like Moses or Abraham? Also, how does he speak, and how does one hear him.

If not, assuming there is a God of some sort in the universe somewhere, why does he not speak?

I know that God talks to man, but in how many different ways and degrees I don't know. God talks to me, in signs and thoughts. When I ask God to guide me, I realise what I should be doing, and he is guiding me. Thats how God talks to me

I think that god speaks indirectly to humans. Since god is not a person or entity but everything that is not too hard to do IMHO.

my question is does man listen?
