Google Earth Update Wont Work

Now when i try to open my google earth a window comes up saying i have to update it.. thats fine so i clicked the link and my browser came up but nothing was there no link in the adress bar so i left it awhile and nothing happend so i did this over and over and the same thing happend

Whats Wrong?
