how do i get a song out of my head. its killing me softly... cant think, cant concentrate, losing myself.....resistance is futile...die...die filthy scumbag...die......tried swimming, shopping, bungee jumping, s-x, drinking, smoking, gambling....
cant sleep...hearing voices...my precious

no where to turn to,

any suggestions.....

Go IMMEDIATELY and turn on "ANARCHY in the UK" by the Sex Pistols.

Turn it up as loud as you can stand it.

And slam dance.

That will clear your head out.

The laugh will do you good, too.

nope not a bit. now im trying to balance myself upside down, hoping that all the blood rushing to my head will do the trick...oh wait i tried bungee jumping isn't that the same. *smacks* forehead.
next i will trying, shouting as loud as i possibly can on a mountain...wait no mountain nearby... tall building should suffice....

Ok.. here's a little exercise I throw on people sometimes..

Kick in AC/DCs "Thunderstruck." Turn it up loud and listen to Angus Young's lead guitar. Follow it.. as far as you can. At some point, I promise you, he will disappear in an explosion of righteous noise. Pick him back up..

I don't think anyone can follow Angus Young's guitar through that song. He's brilliant.

Anyway, by the time you get done doing that, you'll forget this entire thread...

It struck me driving back to Ft. Campbell, KY (Nashville-area) from home (upstate South Carolina) listening to AC/DC. Angus Young is brilliant. What more can I say?
