For all you flamers out there, be careful, if you annoy another internet user anonymously, you could face strict fines and possibly even jail time, thanks to a little addition to the "Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act" which was recently unanimously voted through the House of Representatives.

It would seem to me this has pretty dire implications for a place like ATS, where the free exchange of ideas using anonymous names will be limited, for fear of "annoying" another user.

Any thoughts?

yeah, but that still is bad. How do people except people to deal with "bad days", when they have no one to talk to?
