A Question About Using A Special Signature

I am not sure who created this, but I notice that a lot of people are using it for a signature, and I was wondering if it is open for anyone to use?

Is special permission required?

Just asking, because I would like to use it if there is no problem with it.

You use bb code image tags which are (img)direct link here (/img) with [] instead of ()
