Got to hate that feeling of finding something strange on your back. It happened to me as well but alittle different, i woke up to find a rash that turned into a 10 inch deep scar that faded to a misquito bite over weeks till it vanished. And to any yes i visited my family doctor who told me it was a laceration, but there was no blood and for the size there should have been. Unfortunatly there are no photo's of it since i was young and stupid but lots of witness.

The OP's photo links didn't work.
But these kinds of scars can be caused by a number of things.
The first thing that comes to mind for Spaxz situation is spider bite, I should have paid more attention to which kind of spider, but the venom causes this kind of wound even though the venom entry point is needle small.

The second thing to ask your physician about is Psoriasis, specificially Gutate Psoriasis, which means "raindrops", because it can spread like lots of little pimples, but also comes in the form of large track like wounds on the abdomen and legs.

This form of psoriasis comes from a strep infection that is attacking your nerves, and your nerves respond by lighting up your flesh as a signal something is wrong, else you would never ever know.

I found this out by self medicating with half a prescription (one week supply) of anti-biotics...whooops! Never do that again.

Then of course there's sex scratches, typically on the back of the man.
I've been wolverined a few times and had educate the woman...after the fact of course.

Wounds = infection, infection is bad.

Anyone with this condition should do a bug hunt before bed check for spiders.
If your home is prone to spiders keep your bed away from the wall, they climb right down on you. Keep your bed away from windows, the slip in through the smallest cracks.

If you are spider free, see a doctor. If you were recently treated with anti-biotics, the strep infection may not have been killed off, the stronger strep is attacking your nerves.

And if your girl is a scratcher, have her wear gloves when you make love.
Or handcuff her.

Hi,

The link did not work for the photos of your marks, so I'm going by your written description. Here's a link with a photo of Bartonella (aka cat scratch fever) which can be carried by cats AND dogs. The fleas and ticks that bite them then bite you and voila, you have Bartonella and possibly Lymes. Here's a photo of one of the marks it can give you, among many other types of rashes and serious physical conditions:

Edit to add: The doctor will prescribe long-term antibiotics for this, but don't forget to have you pets treated at the same time.

I havn't even been coming to this forum for all that long and ive already noticed how many of these threads pop up with the same type of responses from the same types of people. why is that? im likely to think its an etheric injury thats carried over to the physical body and most likely happened in a dream state but i cant say for sure because i still need to do a lot more study on those topics. lets spend less time looking at sharp bed springs stretch marks and all of that stuff this time and start thinking about what kind of entity would inflict those kinds of injuries. im all for checking the logical before the paranormal for answers but these threads pop up so often with very little PARANORMAL discussion and it just seems like a damned waste

My boyfriend has 3 horizontal line scars on his back, so I went out online looking for an explanation..medical or otherwise. I found this page. Here's the thing, my boyfriend is very small and hasn't grown at all recently, in any way, shape or form, so there is no way that they are stretch marks. (plus i know what they look like and these are far too large, wide) He couldn't have scratched himself, because they were never cuts, never opened wounds. They were scars immediately. One night his back was clear and the next huge scars. I thought at first they were impression marks from laying on something, but it's been months and they are still there. Explain that??
