Scars On Back

I have about six very deep scars on my back they came from nowhere i went to bed woke up a few days later i see these scars they are like i have been slashed with a knife. they are running horizontal across the middle of my back this is very werid i need some answers on what these could be thanks.

Well it could be 1 of many things,

but lets start with ... could you have hurt it while asleep?

And as you have posted this in paranormal you might have an idea yourself on some clues on how this happened
Have you had any odd experiences that lead you to think that this could well be something paranormal?

i think its a weird just going to bed one day and waking up in the morning
and having these deep scars accoss my back i posted in paranormal
because its unexplained also i could never had injuryed myself without feeling it right?

This is very strange, as i have a freind who has had this happen to them. He woke up after spending a couple of days in bed with what felt like the flu, with 4 deep 'weeping' cuts down his back. To this day we have no idea how this happend. He was living with me and another freind at the time, so we can witness that no one came in at the time as one of us was always in, incase anything went wrong.

Let me know if you find anything about this.

I also woke up some time last year with 6 deep scars in my back, horizontal, and they're still there to this day. I really have no idea, I first thought they might've just been marks from sleeping wierdly, but it's been over a year now and they're still there.

It is possable that we have stumbled across something big here, i think this needs more investigateing.

can we get some pics of these scars?

Has anything else odd happened around any of you latley?

I posted a thread just like this, and it seems people don't think there's anything really paranormal to it. I have the scars, as do several of my friends, and none of us have any sort of explanation. They just appeared one day.

They've been there for over a year now. I hadn't done anything the night before and there's nothing wrong with my bed. I just woke up and saw them there.

these scars are very deep.

Very stange photos, they sort of remind me of streach marks but are way to large. I will see if i can get a photo of my freinds back and i will post it up here.

Not to be rude, and i don't want anyone to take this the wrong way, but those kinda look like stretch marks
(coming from personal experience). I mean, how often do you look at your back in the mirror? do you wake up every morning and check? They could have developed over time and you just looked now.

it seems like you didn't have any pain and just happened to find them one morning. . . Did you have pain? and can you clarify what you meant when you said, you went to bed and woke up a few days later? Did you sleep for like 3 days, or do you mean after a few nights you just noticed them. . .

hmmm......they do look like stretch marks, I wonder, were the sheets stained in any way or were there signs of a window being open or anything else ?

I've got some on my back too and in the same area right in the middle. I think mine where caused due to putting on weight and then loosing it within a short space of time.

Not to offend anyone, but they definitely look like stretch marks. And yes, stretch marks can literally appear overnight. At first they'll be bright red which would look like a fresh wound, but they do fade after a period of time.

My suggestion is this.... if you are truly concerned you should have a dermatologist look at them. They also can prescribe some creams to help them fade faster and not do any further damage to your skin. or you can by over the counter creams also (might be less expensive)

What made you look at your back in the first place? Do you check your back regularly? I am wondering only because they may have been there for a couple of days or even a month without you even realizing it.

Well they weren't there the night before, I never went and lost alot of weight, and I don't know how I noticed them but I just did, and I know they weren't there the night before. What could've caused stretch marks?

If it is streach marcks, it could be caused by a lack of something (eg Vits.). Might be worth a trip to the Doctors.

What age group are you in? Are you younger than 20?

The reason I ask is because the same thing happened to my daughter, overnite as well. It was a 'growth spurt'. She grew faster than her skin could stretch is all it was. That doesn't necessarily mean that you actually grew overnight, it just means that this particular night is when your skin maxed out.

I just don't think it's paranormal is all. Believe me when I say... I have seen more things paranormal than most people, but I really think this has a logical explaination. They just look exactly like my daughters did is all. No offense meant in any way.

You know I dont know what to say on this manner the fact that you were wounded while in a dream could be true.While i have woke up with cuts and scrathes nothing to this magnitude.Looking at the pictures it definitly is not claw marks mabey slash marks but seeming as you arnt really sure of what it is i would go with a physical manner too.But i never really want to say anything for sure so i have no clue hehe..

I would suppose if you wanted verifiable proof that you are being injuried in your sleep and not because of behavior occurring during sleep I would suggest some low light video equipment.LEGALCATALYST
