I hate this world!!

I too have a major problem the way society chooses to deal with these monsters... not only do they get very little time compared to other crimes but they get special treatment like segregation from the criminals that regard these monsters as the lowest form of life..

maybe if they knew they would be put into "general population" of a prison where they're not afforded protection they would think twice

TCSword. i admire you because you are able to see past the sickness of a person. ATS and BTS are about expressing your opinion and i am glad you have done so.... BUT

i completly disagree with you, but that is what ATS is about for us to express our opinion without being worried about other people "jumping" on us, only because we express how we think.

Sadly, most people do disagree with me. I'd probably argue about 98% of people share your opinions concerning the topic.

I feel that such molten hot hatred isn't good, regardless of what it is directed at.

Honestly, if for whatever reason something happened to you and you found it difficult or even impossible to deal with something along those lines, and later found yourself perpetuating the same things done to you because in some way you were fundamentally challenged, what would reading these posts make you feel?

Perhaps that it is futile to even try, because you are sick and evil and damaged and that's all you'll ever be, and that society wishes to do more than just kill you, they want to torture you, to make you suffer, to torment you, to feed you to the lions... and according to 98% of people that's what you deserve for both being a victim and being damaged by something from your path.

Imagine what that does to a person, when they are no longer a "PERSON".

yer maybe, but if you were abused surely you wouldnt want to conflict that pain onto another person... in this case a child.

you never know whats going on inside a mad mans head.

maybe its the power over their victim or a sexual desire to have something pure and untouched.

to be honest i would like to see these men rot in jail, but now days the people in jail get more luxuires than working citizens!!

as i said you never know but i dont think they should have the benefit of the doubt bysaying " i was abused".

i think they should be dealt with in a manner which they cant claim they are insane or trumatised from past experiences.

Paedophiles in the so called First World do not realise how protected they are by law.

In places where the local police can't always contain the populace, nothing short of a lynch mob would be hunting these people. It has indeed happened, and been widely reported on, in Iran recently.

But I agree: the law is terribly off target when someone gets a quarter of a century in jail for taking what is likely to be insured money, while someone gets a mere 4-5 years for doing irrepairable damage to a human life.

Perhaps vigilante action is not the way to get justice. But sometimes, unfortunately, it is the only way to get justice. Woe betide these criminals if anyone gets wind of their identities, as it will be sent straight to a national newspaper, and soon everyone will know.

And if that happens, their lives won't be worth living.....

If a child is molested and left mentally damaged, he needs help.

If he never gets that help it truely is a shame. Someone should have helped them.

If this child grows up and still needs this help, he should seek it out.
If he doesn't do this, then he consciously decided that.

If he is so sick that he cant see his illness for what it is, we must keep him out of society until he is better.

While I feel sad for his condition, he has to take responsibility for his actions.
How can you still feel sad for the boy who is now a man and preys on children? If he knowingly hunts them, we must remove the threat to break the circle.

Unfortunately, castration will not stop the predator. Rape generally isn't about sexual gratification so much as it is about power and control. Kids get raped with objects just as often as not. I believe castration be it physical or chemical will only create an angrier monster.

Remove them society for good if they are a danger. personally, I say execution, but that is up to the judges.

I have actually known about this for a few days. There was a chain-like thing going around on MSN Messenger where you put 3 roses before your name in memorial of the little girl. This is just plain sick.

I could understand why someone would go after a 16 year old dressing like a slut, or even a 13 year old (even though both situations are sick and gross, don't get me wrong), but a 3 year old? It makes me sick to my stomach. :shk:

Although i cant find a link to it, there was a 3 month girl raped by her 19 yo babysitters 34 yo boyfriend. They have stated that he took pictures and a video, which the babies mother found. Sick, Sick people.:bnghd:

Also tho on the flip side, what about the woman pedophiles who rape young boys? I find this just as disgusting, but it is not talked about in the same way, what are your people's opinion?

I believe if a man has sex with a women and she didn't want it... it is rape. If a woman had sex with a man and he didn't want it... it is rape. No matter which way it is turned it is still rape if someone didn't consent.

There are many things that go on in this world that people cover up so they can cover their backsides. There has always been a market for child porn and it is sick.... but i don't think it will ever change. Sick as it is, i really don't think it will change.

I hope one day there will be no sickness, poverty, war but we all know it will always be around.... No matter what changes.

Also some people who were abused wouldn't want to conflict the pain onto others, but others want to conflict pain because they can and if they hurt someone the way they were hurt maybe it gives them some relief.... i dont know.

Take that joke of a judge that sentenced the child rapist to only a couple months in jail. He just didn't feel the poor guy would get the help he needed there, so he released him on the public!!! Seems nobody told him that there is no help for this kind of scum, 96% repeat. Then some scum who gets caught will use bs like, I was molested as a child and that's why I did it. It's a tactic to get leniency. The people I know of that have been molested are the exact opposite of this kind of scum.

That judge is a close buddy of none other than George Sauros, one of the gazilionaires behind moveon.org. The organization that went to great lenghts to elect Kerry. Sauros is very politicaly active with his money and I bet he gets a lot more judges elected. I predict child rapists doing sentences that last 3-6 mos will become quite common in some regions.

Don't believe me? Just do a search on Sauros and find out some of this lunatics beliefs and who he backs.

I wonder how much of his money is funneled to the ACLU? The organization that is currently defending NAMBLAs (north american man boy love association) right to print materials on how to rape children without getting caught. If you're posting rage about child rapists getting light sentences and yet still back the ACLU or any politician that accepts money from Sauros, then your words are vapid.

However yes, they should be getting more jail time and also some time in an inpatient treatment center for their issues before they can re-enter society.
