Every two years I go in for a colonoscopy as I tend to grow the moderately bad polyps. One week later I go in for a review of the results. Even if
the results are good, the doctor will only dicusss the matter in person. Sometimes they just want to give you advice/explanation, listen to your
concerns, or do other minor stuff. In fact, this past year the Dr was called out of town and I had to go to another Dr for the results - no phone
results at all. They also get to charge you another 150 bucks if you go see them.
It is my opinion that if your results were positive for cancer, the Dr would want you in immediately.
Anyway - I wish you well in this.
