U have to remember that right now we are just touching that technologies. It is possible that by the time of 2030 we might have a experamental UCAV. But the hypersonic engines most likely we won't have until 2100. But thats just what i think.

Experimental UCAVs already exist in the forms of the X-45, X-47 and various European UCAVs.

Hypersonic aircraft already exist also. The X-43 flew ant Mach 7.

Both these technologies will be well matured within 10 years. By 2030 UCAVs will be a common sight and if hypersonic or some other form of high speed engines are not in use by 2100 I'll be sorely disappointed.
