If you want to have an avatar, click on 'control panel' at the top right corner of this screen, then click on 'edit profile'. There is a spot near the bottom that says 'avatar URL:' ... you put in the url of the pic you wanna use. I think it has to be under 150 pixels wide. You can also click on 'FAQ' at the top and it should give you any other info you need.
