NRDC on Nuclear War Simulation

The Natural Resources Defense Council has an interesting article on nuclear war and how information on how to fight it is apparently expanding beyond a tiny group of military planners.

It is my belief that there should be a structural change in the USA and world economy where millions of jobs exist for those whose primary objective is to prevent any type of war.
