O, and to answer your question directly, no it's not a real plane, was never built, as far as it got was a model of the CG X-02 in Ace Combat 4.

I have done research into whether or not this plane was real, and it turns out it's not, shame really.

As to whether it would fly, well it seems to have the basic principles that would be needed to make it fly, but it also looks very unstable, giving it extreme manueverability, then again, you can make almost anything fly with Fly-by-wire.

How about manned with ultra expensive performance but a low cost could we start another voting thread since a lot of good concepts have been added but keep the score from the old one unless people want to change votes, or should we add on to that
