Ok, great repeating the mantra doesn't make it reality. One must be scrutinizing. Now this is no bird. But it could also be a low lying cloud or a smoke plume, or some sort of frizby. I don't know. But I think that if you look at the REST OF THE PHOTOS you start to rule alot of these things out. So what is it?

Ok people, maybe this will help. Pay attention to the seagulls flight characteristics. This bird does not Draw in its wings in flight it bends the wing up and the tips at an angle toward the down, yet always keeping extended so as to guarantee its lift. The Object in the OP has a rounded shape. When a seagull dies it would Pull its wings back and the blur in the image would look like a disc UFO instead(we've seen images like these many time before).
