Bruce Maccabee's "Hawk Tales"

In the recent investigation of Serpo, I came across this document by Bruce Maccabee called "Hawk Tales" -- allegedly information from a member of the "aviary". Take it for what it's worth, but it's an interesting read. Find a copy of the document (in .doc format) here.

This article is presented primarily as a supplement to the book by Robert Collins and Richard Doty entitled Exempt from Disclosure (2005; Robert Collins and Richard Doty; available from www.ufoconspiracy.com). However, those who do not intend to read the book will also find this information at least interesting, perhaps even astounding (assuming it is true!). What is presented here is essentially a much more detailed history of the beginning of the investigation that Collins and Doty describe. Their book goes far beyond what is presented here, so anyone reading this paper should read the book also to get the “rest of the story.”
