I think that link will take you to your control panel. To get there manually, on the top of the page, you should see an arrow pointing down in a circle, after myATS. If you click that, you should be able to see some more icons appear, the one that says account is the one you want

I assume that abiding by the terms & conditions, being polite, civil, empathetic, gracious would mean one need not fear being punished or banned? Are there any other maybe unwritten expectations? I just want to start off on the right foot. I don't care to be a wimp but I certainly don't care to be offensive, either. Thanks for what looks like a great site.

Just being polite and civil will do...

Don't worry about the other stuff, just be yourself.

ETA: sticking to the T&C's is also pretty important
