What is the opposite to Indigo Children?

Commie Red Children!

The colour known as commie-red is a special variation of red with a wavelength of 666 nanometres, and has been appearing in auras of the older generations. Some fully-ascended psychics believe that all children born before 1958 are Commie Reds.

Note that Commie Red children have an unswerving sense of moral certainty based on social realities rather than bourgeois individual whims. Despite the name, Commie Reds are not necessarily communist. They span the entire political and religious spectrum. Your own grandmother could be a Commie Red without you knowing it!

They come into the world with a feeling of peasantry. (And often act like it.) Commie Reds are humble, self-effacing, blend into a crowd, and know wisely when to conform rather than be the centre of attention. They know who their masters are, natural alpha males, and are quick to put pretenders in their place - no matter how "smart" and "wise" these pretenders claim to be.

They have a feeling of "deserving to be here," and are surprised when others don't share that. This is one trait Commie Reds have in common with Indigos. However, Commie Reds base their identities on being a part of a greater whole, and an instinctive sense of what is right and wrong, and the 100% right way that every single person in the world needs to live.

Other-worth is not a big issue. They often tell their children "who they are". They know that there are others out their bigger, stronger, richer, older, wiser, and more fit to lead. That is the natural order of things, and it behooves them to impress these facts of life on the young and impressionable, such as children.

They have difficulty with absolute anarchy (anarchy without explanation or choice.) Yessiree, bob! Commie Reds know, perhaps from long experience, that all people* are stupid, evil, sinful, and just plain wrong at heart, and need a little regimentation. Anarchy is a subversive seditious disease that starts when someone wears the wrong clothes, listens to the wrong music, watches the wrong movies, and such. These are crimes against nature, far more heinous that mere murder, rape, arson, and grand larceny. The Commie Red child, bless his little heart, knows this, and reacts strongly!

* - Except themselves, of course.

[This was partly satire in case you don't get it.]

I know I discussed a lot about Indigo Children, even got in a heated debate with another forum member, but seriously I feel this new age concept of "Indigo Children, Crystalline Children, Starseed Children..." they're all getting pretty ridiculous.

Now opposite of indigo children? I hope you guys know you're labeling kids with COLORS!! Commie Red? What!!! You guys are just making stuff up now!!

So I feel there is a huge misconception with this whole aura concept, and I think it's becoming like a plague amongst many new agers, and its brainwashing or clouding people's thought.

And from my studies about auras, most aura's are multi-colored, and often change with diet, mood, attitude, and with interaction with the environment. Aura's are the reflection of your state of mind and your bodies well being.

I believe the opposite of indigo children are the people who don't feel the need to change, and those who do, don't do it. (Indigo children are suppose to destroy systems that lack integrity)

What people know now IS the opposite of the Indigo and Crystal children's ideals. Indigos bring change by breaking down the ruling systems, Crystals bring new understandings to energy-work, electronics, peace and compassion, the list goes on.

What we have now is chaotic, controlled by a small number of elite people. The Indigo/Crystal world will be opposite - compassionate, sharing, fair, and with equality as a base.

*** I just started and have 18 posts to go before I can start a thread
but I'll share more on Crystal children since this thread started in 2005! ***

Opposite of indigo kids?...Hmmmmm... Maybe the opposite of them is well adjusted human beings, who dont have delusions of having special powers, who dont spend their lives online recounting how extra special they are with their pet unicorns and rainbow slides, and who will not end up in a padded cell by the time they are 30 when their "space family" doesnt turn up to pick them up, or they havent changed the world to one of flowers and pixie dust, realising they are one of us after all... Or maybe its the local chav kids down the street? What do i know? And do i care?

You said it better than I ever could. People who think they're Indigo are merely delusional. There is no evidence to suggest Indigo kids/people/ponies exist, let alone sufficient evidence to allow someone to know whether they are one. It's ridiculous. Just another means for people with low self esteem to feel better. I don't blame them - low self esteem can be debilitating - but believing in this tripe is not addressing the problem, it's living in denial.

I've just been reading through this thread, and I have to say I've never come across such hostility towards a belief or concept before. I've been doing a lot of reading into C/I's lately, and although there is a lot of wishy washy nonsense I find to be too heavily reliant on spirituality and metaphor, the underlying concept - that we are seeing a new generation of humans being born who are essentially the next step in evolution and/or paving the way for some kind of advancement in our race - not to be completely out of bounds of reason. Just because something cannot be explained by science yet, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. To quote "Men in Black" (not that I want to degrade my argument with film quotes, but this one has always rung true I thought):

Fifteen hundred years ago everybody knew the Earth was the center of the universe. Five hundred years ago, everybody knew the Earth was flat... Imagine what you'll know tomorrow.

Although I completely disagree with labelling anyone diagnosed with ADD or ADHD as being an "Indigo Child", we can't go to the other extreme and label every Indigo Child as just someone who has ADD / ADHD or just wants to feel special.

As for the person who said they feel like they want to punch any Indigo Children they see, there's something inherently sad and upsetting about that. This world is filled with enough hatred and anger as it is; why add to it? To the person who said this (I apologise, as I can't actually remember your username at the time of writing this!), and to all of the people posting such negative messages, I hope that one day you'll learn a little tolerance and acceptance.

I may believe that those who are able to control their "ADD" (not those who cannot control it) are the next step of human evolution - but I do not believe that there are these "Indigo Children". It is only a way for people to think that they're extra special - like believing themselves to be vampires, or chosen by god. Any who think that they have a special quest ahead of them honestly need to step back and remember that there is no fate, and there is no purpose set out for them. Your purpose is what you make it. If you believe you are an "Indigo Child" or "Crystal Adult" then so be it - use your gifts of "starring into people's souls" to help those around you. Do whatever you can towards making the world a better place. But do not have the audacity to proclaim yourself as having a god-given purpose.

I'm liking this post.
From my experience, when parents say their child is Indigo, it's their own little way of rationalizing to themselves, "My child is an uncontrollable monster and I haven't the energy to get up off the couch to correct it."
Many of these "Indigo Children" need a "Crimson Handprint" across their nasty little faces.

edited to add: To the Captain, have some experience with the lil darlins, then you'll see where we are coming from.

I would say that the opposite of an Indigo Child....is a decent child.

Parents ignore their children and then at age 9 go "OH NOOOS! Eric punched another kid! thats the 15th time this week. What did I do wrong?"

You know what it is? The parents of these indigo kids all range from generally the same generation. The 80's kids. Let's see. What were the 80's all about? Catch my drift? Of course the parents are incompetent and now the children suffer because of it. And now our society in the new millenium is worse than the 80's were. It's a domino effect.

Someone will call me ignorant. And someone will say I need to get my facts straight. And someone will post a long paragraph aimed at me, with 3/4 of it spelled wrong.

Indigo kids are not a cult. They are the result of idiot, mentally dysfunctional parents who spend as much time if not MORE time in front of the Magical Flashing box than their children

Stop posting in forums that talk about Indigo Kids, and that won't happen. Problem solved. It's no mystery, no sign from the universe, just how search engines work.
