How NOT to handle patients

What kind of a******* are they hiring to work in doctor offices now? My sister recently found a lump in her breast, and went to the dr for it. He scheduled her for an ultrasound to get an idea of what it was. She was at the office, sitting there with five other women, freezing in nothing but hospital gowns, waiting, when the nurse walked in. Someone asked the nurse if they were all waiting for ultrasounds, and the nurse said to them "Yes. We call this the lump club." What kind of person works in a doctor office, where women are waiting to find out if they have breast cancer, and says something like that to them? My entire family was absolutely FURIOUS when we found out about this, and my sister is considering writing a letter of complaint about it. I can't believe a NURSE would say something like that to them.
