Has anyone ever taken the 200 question "Personality Test" offered by the Church Of Scientology??? The Div. 6ers stand out on the street offering it for free as an incentive to get your body into the shop.

According to this test, you are considered Schizotypal simply if you believe in paranormal phenomenon and believe that people can have extra-sensory abilities. I guess I'm crazy then.

I'm not going to post my results, but having taken this test and having been tested numerous times over the years with both the MMPI and MCMI tests, I can tell you that the results of this test are virtually identical to my results on these other tests. This test seems to resemble the MCMI most closely, but my personality test results have been stable over the last 25 years and therefore, I would consider this to the a very accurate representation of the personalities of those who took the test seriously.

What is not accounted for in the internet test are the various sub-tests for validity and those that reveal certain motives of the test taker. I was most recently tested about two years ago, and my elevations were in the same areas, but perhaps less elevated than before.

On a serious note though, that probably isn't good. Everyone I've talked to who tested even "High" in Borderline had tried to commit suicide at least once. I also don't understand how someone can be highly narcissistic AND borderline.... but I guess the multiple personalities due to schizo account for that, heh.

I wonder if ATS has a resident psychiatrist that could help us all out .
