OK, Bill has renewed communications, but for the time being, it's not on this forum.

Thanks for the update, lucianarchy. I dont want to join another forum but I would love to know something.

How did the piece of paper that Bill scanned into a Word document retain the information that caused the components of the Serpo Diagram to still be separate and independently moveable?

He said they could easily be accidently moved around after he scanned it in.

What do you think about this? Did the paper retain this intelligence?

If you are interesteed, some others have posted the URL here, or you could go over to google and look my forum up.

so he is still posting but not here

are the questions too tough here?

is he running away?

i would urge ats members not to join this other forum. he began his story here. you found problems with it here. you should get your answers here.

instead he will hide in a protected environment. the actions of a hoaxer.

I'm guessing it must have something to do with this "Word program" that was sent to Bill with the original image.

Maybe there's a plug-in or 3rd party proggy that converts scanned raster graphics into vector graphics??

*Still scratching head *

This is the only one I'm aware of:
www.adobe.com...
But the features are built into Adobe Illustrator, not Word.

Even still, Streamline/Illustrator converts the line art into one vector drawing, not one with multiple objects.

Guess he wants a place where he won't be challenged, sad really. Coward? Yes I believe so. Only people with something to hide act this way.

I think we'll do fine here without Bill as his participation in this thread was becoming highly suspect anyway.

1) Rons Org
2) Non-cooperation with Victor on the headers thing
3) completely and irrefutably debunked "diagram"
4) he takes his ball and goes home

I think our attempts at denying ignorance will be much more productive without Bill around to stir the pot.

Personally, I believe there is a bit of misconception regarding the 4Mb Word Doc. According to what I've read/seen Bill was the recipient of an email containing the attached Word Doc, not the "creator" of the document. Due to large file size of the scanned components contained therein, he "screen captured" it and created the .gif file posted to the thread.

Downloaded, printed, and then scanned into a Word program [document] ... according to specific instructions [provided by Bill], the resulting Word file was then forwarded to Bill as an attachment in an email. If there were multiple scans/images contained in the document then, yes, he would be able to drag, resize, move, etc.

? Correct me if I'm wrong ?

[edit: to add]

Bill refers to this as a 4Mb Word Document ... I believe the word "program" was actually just a misnomer.

Sorry, but if I remember well, he was invited to this board!

also, he was called a liar. and openly insulted...though I understand the motivation of doing it "looking for answers" but, if I was confronted and in a sense vocabularily harrassed, I'd be frickin outta here to, even if I had pictures of "fricken" lasers and a chocolate covered jesus cruxified from back in the day.

1) I believe when he was confronted with the CoS issue, he came out and said he was a Rons Org member since the mid 80's?

2) this is the most important info to me. agree

3) Where did it say anywhere that this was made from ebens or what it was? How can you debunk something when you dont know what it is or what it represents?

4) agreed. he left when the tough questions came.

Please read bills statement on the new forum before making comments about his reasons for leaving. They all do make alot of sense, and i feel alot of you would not handle the situation as well as him.
I am still on the fence on all of this, but i believe he should have a fair trial. It is probably best to simply wait for new information and not act like impatient children, watching the calender until christmas comes.
He is for truth and logic as much as any of you, and simply got fed up with the harrassment from some ATS members. Questioning his validity is fine, but please do it logically and unemotionally. I think that is all he wanted.
Taking this on would be a huge amount of work, and he is just a normal person like you and I, I for one do not expect him to answer every single difficult question, because honestly he has as much idea to what is going on as you or I. Our guess is as good as his, he is only relaying information, so why should we expect him to have answers? That is our job.

Therefore, you are saying if someone is on Global Ignore imposed by the moderators that people can see what is posted.

Actually, no.

I initiated the contact, and offered several alternatives to "jumping into a wide-open thread".

I had recommended a Podcast interview, then a guest speaker event that would allow more control over the size and pace of the topics and threads.

It seems he preferred to jump right in.

About three weeks ago, I also offered to split off a dedicated Serpo forum, and assign him FSME authority so he could better manage and organize the topcis discussed.

He also declined that offer, electing to remain with the giant thread.

more then likely being that of a thermostat.

That's exactly what I thought when seeing this....a thermostat.

Of course, if its 107 degrees on Serpo then they need to keep it cool!

well maybe he liked the openess of forum...but, now he has seen the bad-side of this place. but, is it not possible that because of his connection to rons org is why he has faith in serpo?

exscuse me for sounding like a beleiver, but I usually look at the opposite side when things sway to another side. like my victor thorn find way back...everyone was kinda gung-ho about serpo.....

also, because he has connections to cos and rons org...and they beleive in alot of wild things does that totally discredit bill?

in my eye, the only hurting bill's credibility is his devotion to keeping the i.p. headers....I think that would fix everything.

but, a man shouldn't be hated for his beliefs....ats should know that.

I'm so tired of Everbody saying poor Bill Ryan.

He so overwelmed. He has had over 200 pages to speak and
answer questions.

Why all the confusion these where SimpleQuestions

But evey time its he said this buts it means that bla bla bla

The evidence is very weak and always has been.

I could not agree with this more, I think that the board members here have to look at this outside of an ATS perspective. The Serpo story, website and Bill's friends, contacts and investigations existed way before he accepted an invitation to discuss matters here on ATS.

I gave up on this thread at around the 190 page mark after the constant attacks against Bill Ryan and demands for answers to rude and aggressive questions. Throughout this thread people have been commenting and congratulating each other on how 'mature' the debating is here, well with a few exceptions that has not been my experiance.

"escaping" tp pther forums when the questions get too hot... humm does this sound familar... anyone.

Why YES it does, there is also someone else who uses this tactic quite frequently. Centrists you can share your thoughts on this one...

Who would that be...

Well Bill Hamilton for one, skywatch. How about Dan Burisch and Company, how many forums have them jumped closed and opened because of questions...

So many signs, yet most remain oblivious to the details.
