Quarantine: A Standard Depopulation Strategy

Quarantine: A Standard Depopulation Strategy

Quarantine and starvation is a standard depopulation strategy. Used historically to take cities, the strategy prevents travel, blocks shipping, starves the people, and finally, depopulates the area under siege. Modern quarantine and starvation strategies target and depopulate much larger regions. Often described as "genocide," modern depopulation schemes are actually more about class than nationality or race - the wealthy and connected can bypass quarantines. Three modern campaigns illustrate contemporary quarantine and depopulation tactics: the 1932-1934 Genocide/Famine in the Ukraine; the quarantine ghettoes and exterminations in Nazi Germany; and the current Sudan Genocide. In addition, US actions like the Model Emergency Health Powers Act and the CDC's proposed new quarantine rules can be seen as legal precursors to a quarantine and depopulation campaign in the USA.


In 1932-34, Stalin confiscated the Ukrainian peasants' property, then quarantined them to prevent them from leaving to find food; at least 7 million peasants starved to death. Hitler quarantined 6 million mainly-poor Jews, Gypsies and disabled people in ghettoes and starved them before he built concentration camps and gas ovens to finish the job. When he invaded the Ukraine, Hitler took over the depopulation programs, executed millions outright, and sent untold numbers to Nazi concentration camps to die as slaves. Together, puppet-dictators Hitler and Stalin killed an estimated 20 million Ukrainian peasants by the end of World War II, in the Hidden Holocaust.

More recently, a similar strategy in the Sudan resulted in the deaths of 400,000 people, drove 2.5 million people from their homes, and left 3.5 million people starving. The Sudan case is now before the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals: Canada's Talisman Energy Inc. is charged with joining the Sudanese government to aid in genocide of the Sudanese people in its pursuit of oil. Charges include property confiscation, ethnic cleansing, and enslavement.

Each of these three depopulation schemes targeted primarily working class populations that were hindering corporate expansion, and biting into corporate profits. In each case, depopulation freed up already-occupied land to meet corporate priorities, and redirected the nation's revenues and resources to support the corporate-governmental structure and benefit corporations, instead of serving ordinary citizens of the nation. In every case, the perpetrators lied and claimed no food was available for the starving millions when there really was food. Quite simply, distributing available food to starving people was not, and is not part of corporate-governmental depopulation programs.


Quarantine in the Ukraine: The Hidden Holocaust

The Ukraine Genocide/Famine that killed 7 million people in 1932-33 was planned, and purposefully unleashed by Soviet dictator Josef Stalin. The famine was acknowledged as a genocide by most of the world's nations in 2003, the genocide's 70th anniversary. Documents found 10 years ago in the Russian archives prove that Stalin purposefully "eliminated" Ukrainian peasants when the communists took over the Ukraine in 1932. Stalin's primary goal was to depopulate the region.

First, Stalin confiscated Ukrainian peasants' land to build government owned corporate farms.

"They confiscate everything," says Valentyna Strazewski, an 80 year-old survivor living in Winnipeg. "They threw us out from where we were living. The system, they were making collective farms. The young communists came and confiscated everything and left us with nothing. They took the beans we have, they took the beets."

Then, Stalin imposed a quarantine forbidding the people from leaving their assigned lands to find food.

"People were eating people," says Strazewski. The food was gone, taken by soldiers. The government did not ship food into the Ukraine; the people were quarantined, and could not leave to find food for themselves. At least 7 million people starved to death before Hitler invaded and took over the depopulation program from Stalin.

By the end of World War II, Stalin and Hitler had killed upwards of 20 million Ukrainian peasants - and depopulated the region for corporate industrial development. Archived documents show that both Stalin and Hitler were committed to a depopulation scheme for the area, despite their superficially divergent politics. A common question about the Ukraine depopulation program is, "Who was Worse - Hitler or Stalin?"

Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler

...Wall Street supported "corporate socialism" not only in Germany, but in Russia and the U.S. as well. Since leftists still idealize FDR and the brutal regime that arose to become the U.S.S.R., they probably prefer to forget about the businessmen who connect them all.

Some Ukrainians escaped and came to North America, but did not speak out for fear of reprisals against family still living in the Ukraine. On the 70th anniversary of the Ukraine Famine, after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, many Ukrainian communities decided to document survivors' experiences. The congregation of St. Mary the Protectress Cathedral in Winnipeg videotaped comments by Strazewski and other survivors. Interviews of Winnipeg survivors are available through St. Mary. Quarantine in Nazi Germany: Quarantine Ghettoes, then Concentration Camps

It took big money to bring Hitler to power. The deal was Hitler had to exterminate the "useless eaters" through a depopulation scheme, and of course, allow international corporations to run the Nazi party and the country.

The Nazi's targeted Jews, Gypsies and disabled people for extermination but many wealthy and well-connected Jews "escaped," indicating that the program was more about class than race.

The first phase of the depopulation scheme involved quarantining the targeted populations in ghettoes. As in the Ukraine, food was scarce to absent. Available food was not disributed to the quarantined areas. Once the weaker specimens had starved to death, survivors were sent to specially constructed quarantine/concentration camps where they were used as slave labor and for medical experiments. Surplus labor was executed.

With few exceptions, those quarantined and killed were politically, ethically, economically or physically "unfit" to support the corporate regime. It is commonly accepted that 6 million people died in Nazi concentration camps.

Hitler's rise to power and the Nazi Party were funded by some of the world's largest corporations - mostly banks, drug manufacturers and chemical companies that operated internationally. For example, backers allegedly included Merck, BASF, Bayer, Hoechst, IG Farben, and the US-based Union Banking Corporation managed by Prescott Bush, as well as several other Wall Street firms.

Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler

Sutton makes that case that several Wall Street firms were deeply involved in financing the rise to power of the National Socialist German Workers Party (i.e., the Nazis) in pre-World War II Germany. Sutton shows that first, Wall Street financed the German cartels in the 1920's, second, that Wall Street indirectly financed Hitler and the Nazi Party, prior to their rise in power in Germany, third, that Wall Street firms profited from the build-up to war and the war itself, even after the U.S. got involved, and finally, that U.S. firms worked to cover up their complicity after the war.

...Sutton goes into extensive details about the persons, funds and timelines that show the deep connection between certain American Big Businesses and the Nazis. Why would Big Business embrace such a horrid political movement? Although Sutton does not go into details about motivation, there is a good case to be made that many businesses were not fond of the untrammeled free market and instead yearned for the security of government guaranteed profits, regardless of the expense to others in terms of loss of freedom. These businesses saw themselves as the contractors running the government machinery...

...Sutton himself is no anti-business left-winger, instead he is a conservative concerned with the actions of an "unelected power elite", controlling events/governments/societies behind the scenes, to the detriment of freedom everywhere.

In 1930, the central banks of Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Belgium, and Italy got together with three private international banks from the United States to create the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). In a play more revealing than the Wall Street/Nazi industrial connections, the BIS then financed each of these nations in World War II.

Global Banking: The Bank for International Settlements

According to James C. Baker, pro-BIS author of The Bank for International Settlements: Evolution and Evaluation, "The BIS was formed with funding by the central banks of six nations, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United Kingdom. In addition, three private international banks from the United States also assisted in financing the establishment of the BIS."

History shows that international corporations used Hitler and the Nazi party to corporatise government, and depopulate select regions to make way for corporate development. It also shows that the Bush family was involved in the quarantine, starvation and depopulation strategy from the beginning.


Quarantine in the Sudan: The Case Against Talisman

Now before the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals:

The Presbyterian Church of Sudan charges that Calgary-based Talisman Energy Inc. aided in genocide of the Sudanese people in its pursuit of oil. The lawsuit alleges that Talisman, a major natural gas company in Canada and oil producer in the North Sea, joined the Sudanese government in property confiscation, ethnic cleansing, war crimes, enslavement, kidnapping, and rape.

Property confiscation, constraints on travel and quarantine camps resulted in mass starvation and genocide in the Sudan - just as in the Ukraine and Nazi Germany.

Sudan Genocide

The Sudanese Government and its paramilitary allies, the Janjaweed militias, have killed at least 180,000 innocent people, driven 2.5 million people from their homes, and left 3.5 million people without sufficient food to sustain themselves.
... It is estimated that 400,000 people have died due to violence, starvation and disease. More than 2.5 million people have been displaced from their homes and over 200,000 have fled across the border to Chad. Many now live in camps lacking adequate food, shelter, sanitation, and health care.

U.S. District Judge Denise Cote concluded that Talsiman did not merely transact business in and with Sudan, but "knowingly assisted Sudan in perpetrating a campaign of genocide and crimes against humanity."

US Judge Allows Talisman Energy Sudan Genocide Lawsuit (pdf)

The ruling allowing the suit to proceed came Tuesday after U.S. District Judge Denise Cote reviewed a diplomatic letter from the Canadian Embassy calling the case an "infringement in the conduct of foreign relations by the government of Canada" that would have a "chilling effect" on Canadian firms in the Sudan.

...In the Talisman case, she said, the plaintiffs allege that the company "knowingly assisted Sudan in perpetrating a campaign of genocide and crimes against humanity, not that Talisman merely transacted business in and with Sudan."

Quarantine in the USA: Another Depopulation Scheme?

The CDC recently proposed new quarantine rules to deal with epidemics in the USA. Several stipulations stand out:

1. People can be quarantined on suspicion of illness, without a confirmed diagnosis.
2. Quarantine does not include treatment.
3. Quarantined people are not allowed to travel or leave their assigned area.
4. No promises, commitments or guarantees are made to ensure adequate food supplies are delivered to quarantined areas or people.

These rules can be abused to target people for political purpose, and to quarantine for depopulation in the USA.

I can't bring myself to go that far yet.... but I am deeply concerned that this unveils yet another tool of potential abuse for the state to detain an individual under the auspices of isolation or quarantine, when in fact the real reason might be for some entirely different state objective.

That does scare me.

In fact, communications and population control strategies over the past few years have set the stage for quarantine and depopulation in the USA. Many Americans now are convinced that: a) The USA is not and never was a democracy, and the corporate elite rightfully makes decisions for the nation; b) Human quarantine is the best way to deal with diseases that jump between humans and animals and spread around the world via migrating birds and whales; and c) It makes good sense to get rid of "useless eaters," if not by assisted suicide then by other means.

Another popular fiction says that people of superior intelligence are somehow immune to depopulation strategies. This gambit is there to hook the educated and aware and gain their support, but most likely, it's a bait and switch. The corporate elite needs only a limited number of gifted toadies. Generally speaking, if you can't afford to pick up your own tab for stem cell therapy, you're not in.

Deadly Connections: Corporate Globalization, Space and War

Michael Ruppert and Dr. Len Horowitz have warned people about the Model Emergency Health Powers Act, which would allow governors to declare an emergency, force vaccinations, quarantine or isolation upon people, as well as seize of property, and require people to actively “provide services” during an emergency.(16) Are the deaths of fourteen of the world’s top microbiologists a warning that designer communicable disease is being prepared for release?(17) The draconian legislature is bad enough, but the companies that are coming up with “smallpox vaccines for the entire U.S. population” bear scrutiny. They are the same that provided poison gas for Hitler’s gas chambers,(18) linked to the contaminated vaccines that spread AIDS in Africa,(19) and linked to the infected blood that killed thousands of hemophiliacs in industrialized countries.(20)

Capitalism, communism, and socialism are all delivery systems for international corporate government, aka the New World Order. No more, no less. As Mussolini observed, "Communism is when government owns the corporations; fascism is when corporations own the government." Really, there is no difference. In all these "different" systems, corporate rule prevails without quarter: profits before people.

Corporations are "persons" under national and international law. As such, they are in competition with ordinary citizens for tax dollars, budget allocations and program funding. Unlike ordinary people, corporate persons know how to compete. It's their business. And corporate "persons" can't be starved; they are manned by replaceable parts.

International corporations have no national loyalties. The fact that they've used the USA to lever global domination doesn't mean anything in human terms. Americans will be treated the same way other people in other nations have been treated. Without integrity, compassion, or humanity.

I've edited a bit here - but it's still much the same text as in the newsletter. BTW - Has everyone got their newsletter? I haven't.

That was an excellent article soficrow, I read it this morning in the news letter.
It really makes you wonder what is really going on and who to trust. What is worse? A real disease that may wipe out the population, or a phony threat to reduce the population?
I'm glad we have this outlet to exchange information.

Thanks Umbrax. ...Don't get me wrong though. I do see H5N1 as a real threat - along with all the other diseases that are already and soon-to-be epidemic.

I also think the greatest threat from all the new epidemic diseases arises from chronic debilitation, and their economic impact. Not the fatality rate.

These epidemics have been covered up, but now the dam is breaking. So having ignored the warnings, and passed the point where prevention is possible, the boyz are shooting for quarantine and depopulation. Which was the plan all along, IMO.

Remember - H5N1 bird flu has been around and mutating since 1959. That's 46 years. Plus, it's spread by migrating birds and whales - and transmissible to most animals.

But the agricultural industry won't even talk about closed buildings for their livestock.

Instead, the government wants to quarantine the human victims.

Right.

Well what it easier to keep the population control or to sacrifice the industry and the economy.

One of the things I always see as troublesome is the way that our country keep the public in the dark as long as it can about our food suppy and any signs of contamination.

When we have a country that is totally Dependant of profits we are as expendable as the animals that are being destroyed in other nations around the world.

Isn't there a quarentine "facility" (island?) in/around New York, for T.B. sufferers who miss/don't comply with treatment, where they can be held for up to 2 years?

I can't remember where/when I saw/read this and can't remember all the detail but do remember it rang my alarm bells as the problem with the high number of T.B. sufferers was that poverty and homelessness was the root cause of the aquisition and spread of the disease.

I only have a vague recollection and can't remember how many years ago it caught my attention but I know it wasn't too many years ago. Can anyone enlighten me, us with an update?

P.S. I'm from one of the many "the right" Ukrainian families that got out before the starvation and it amazes me how many people are still unaware of what was done there.

My family history has alot to do with why I'm always keen to search the "movements behind the movements". Being aware of the "ultimate destination" of a particular "direction" can save you being herded into the "slaughter house races" along the way. Saddly however most people would still rather support a deception than admit they've been deceived.

The big plan for dealing with bird flu is quarantine. "US Health and Human Services Secretary Michael Leavitt says: "We would do all we could to quarantine. ..." Leavitt says that he wishes there were more time left to perfect a solution." Right.

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a pandemic alert in February 2003, and the CDC routinely issued Enhanced Level Alerts for H5N1 after that. An H5N1 vaccine was developed by April 2003 at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the USA.

The propaganda says H5N1 vaccines are not being produced because the pandemic strain hasn't appeared yet. But that's not really true. The truth has more to do with profits, and profitability - Flu Vaccine Technology: Who's Blocking its Use?.

New technique created at St. Jude allowed vaccine to be custom-made within weeks of emergence of virus.

Scientists at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital announced today the development of a vaccine against H5N1, a new lethal influenza virus that triggered the World Health Organization (WHO) to declare a pandemic alert in February 2003.

BUT - The drug companies are using old technologies to manufacture the H5N1 vaccine developed in 2003, and tested last year. We're told it takes a really long time to manufacture vaccines - but we're NOT told that only applies to old technology - reversed genetics technology cranks the stuff out in weeks.

Old technology grows the vaccine in chicken eggs - it's unreliable, and takes months longer to produce. IF the batch is good - half the time the H5N1 kills the eggs and they have to start over.

All the different stories just don't wash.

In the meantime, our leaders dissed all the animal quarantine prevention strategies recommended to stop H5N1 from spreading around the world in animals like birds and whales. They also killed production of a decent anti-viral made in Australia, although Tamiflu doesn't work.

Which leaves us with NO prevention strategy, NO vaccine, and NO anti-viral treatment that works.

The big plan is to quarantine human victims, and let all the the wild and domestic animal H5N1 carriers run free. Oh yeah, and H5N1 bird flu is carried by rats and flies too.


Here's a quick overview of US quarantine and bird flu propaganda.

AVIAN FLU: A BILLION DIE

...medicines are not equipped at present to combat the pandemic. Widespread disease occurrences would be practically impossible to ward off. That would mean that alarming numbers of humans would die without the hoped-for vaccine.

US Health and Human Services Secretary Michael Leavitt says: "We would do all we could to quarantine. ..." Leavitt says that he wishes there were more time left to perfect a solution.

...widespread sickness could force blocking off entire geographies so that persons, quarantined, could not go out while others could not go in. Airports, interstates, subways, schools, shopping malls could end up blocked off to entrancing and exiting. Persons could be corralled with strangers who could be disease carriers. ...The frightening prospects are numberless: no place to bury the dead. No one to bury them. Not enough caskets. No persons to provide decent burial rites. Orphans. Elderly struck down with no medical assistance. Hospitals shut down or quarantined.

Further, when the avian flu first hits, persons may think it to be the "old-fashioned flu." Therefore, it could spread quickly with persons not realizing the enormity of the danger. As a major killer disease, it would be subtle, indirect and especially cunning at its entry levels.

ABC News’ "Primetime" broadcasts that a couple hundred thousand in the United States could be killed by the avian flu in "a few months." Even that number is regarded as low.

Everyone will be asking for the vaccine. But it won’t be available. When the vaccine finally is up and running, the supply will not be sufficient.

If the bird flu hits this winter, it will happen this winter.

Otherwise, a "terrorist threat" will be manufactured, or some other infectious disease will be found to be epidemic, or there will be a water or food shortage, or something that somehow affects most of the nation - and that will be the excuse.

It looks like the plan is to implement the strategy before Bush's term is up. It may be stoppable. Not sure.

this sounds like a bad movie or something...

anyway, i guess it could be stoppable with an armed population...

but, with all those new gun control laws, i guess we (the people) will still loose...

1st) In order to "starve" the populace. You must own all forms of "food and water production and distribution". And that means all lands must be seized from the Common populace. (Much like a Great Depression model. When the Bank seized all "Debtor" lands.)

While The US government does have Government or Corporate "owned" Farms, and forms of distribution. There is no limitations of Locally owned and sold "Farm" Goods and produce. Ie private Farms.

Ownership is irrelevant.

Under a quarantine, travel - and shipping - are prevented. A quarantined area will have only the food that is present when the quarantine goes into effect.

Shippers will not be allowed to enter to bring food; people will not be allowed to leave to get food.

Since the beginning, certain people were chosen to lead. King Arthur to Julius Ceasar. Yes, we did have some false prophets along the way, but the reason why there was so many brothers and sister mating back then was to keep the bloodline. The blood of the divine. We have an Adam's apple, because our DNA mutated so we can communicate better. Collaboration and cooperation spawns a new civilization. Hunting becomes easier, and we progress as fast as we are now since the Internet was implemented. Therefore the new man, with the Apple of Adam, the first prototypical man according to scripture. Call it bull, but you do believe the chicken came before the egg don't you?

I have been communicating telepathically with an alien source for many years now, and what I've always known has been confirmed by other self proclaimed cosmic communicators. George Green, Alex Collier, are just two other people that speak of things I do. It's too long to get into. But we all think the same things. Same theories and the information is too diverse and broad to think the same word for word. This planet is in bad shape. De-population is something to prepare for. We will all be judged, remember that.

Perhaps judge ment comes in the form of wrath. Disease. Who will be immune, who will not be immune. Who will condition their body to be more susceptible to these artificial engineered virus' and who will be ready for them? Who will know to depend on nature for health, rather than synthetic? How else are they going to decide who lives and who doesn't? The ignorant will naturally die off. The informed will naturally survive.

The gatekeepers and key holders were chosen. All of them. Actors are chosen according to bloodline too. The red carpet signifies the blood-line. The Oscars do show a red carpet rolled out to welcome the elite entertainers. Virus' are all created on DNA computers. The are nanites, and Aids was spread in Corn. Not monkeys.

Now the knowledgeable one will know what to avoid because he is always informed. This informed person will most likely survive. They only want people that deserve to go on, because these key holders know they got greedy. The political plan to tax as many as they can backfired. We have become a cancer to the planet.

The key holders are of course, only holders. They are infact holding the key on behalf of our benefactors, our overseers and these caretakers of our planet have alot to do with our creation. They create the virus' on DNA computers and teleport them wherever they wish is best. Apparently, our benefactors are very unhappy with our progression.

Just a theory, sorry for the negativity, I hope people realize that this is something I really believe and there has been many others who believe this as well. Other cosmic communicators who are messengers. Perhaps, some will shape up because of them. This planet is in bad, bad shape. Wake up people, WAKE UP! Anyone listen to C2C yesterday? They have just dusted off the Georgian Guidestones. They gave us more than one chance. Time is short. Many will perish if humanity does not mature.

You're welcome. I do equate quarantine with leper colonies - and now that cancer is going on India's "notifiable disease" list, I am ...concerned.

While The US government does have Government or Corporate "owned" Farms, and forms of distribution. There is no limitations of Locally owned and sold "Farm" Goods and produce. Ie private Farms.
