PAINESVILLE, Ohio, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- An Ohio judge who sentenced a woman to spend the night in the woods for abandoning 40 kittens relented after less
than four hours
Painesville Municipal Judge Michael Cicconetti said he could not jeopardize Michelle Murray's health and safety, the Cleveland Plain Dealer
reported.
Murray, who claimed she abandoned the kittens because she could not get help from the Humane Society, left them in a park in September. Cicconetti,
who also imposed a month that combined jail and house arrest, wanted her to know what it would be like to be out in the woods without a roof over her
head or food.
Park rangers escorted Murray into the park as it got dark Thursday. Her ordeal ended three and a half hours later.

An odd punishment. But what is the point of making a sentence when it isn't carried out?
I like Ohio, they have such weird things. A rapist got over 200 years in jail, 150 on good behavoir. He wasn't given life, he was given 200 years.
Those guys suck, stupid Buckeyes got lucky!(As he sits in his Michigan Sweater he lets loose several bad words thinking about the game)
