Iraq war and prostitution?!

I'm confused with it.. Maybe sombody know it: what d'you think - how the war in Iraq may be related with legalisation of prostitution?!! My opinion: there is absolutely no relation... However I found a very strange statistical analysis result from multireply.com that "If prostitution will be legalized worldwide it stops the Iraq war".

Sorry if my question is out of topic but what does it really mean?

Any maroon on the internet can apparently ask an idiotic question of this site, and any maroon can vote on it. A bunch of internet maroons voting on random questions hardly makes "statistical analysis".
