Tornado and severe weather warnings have been issued for a large swath of the midwest and Mississippi Valley areas of the United States. A week ago a
deadly tornado swept through Indiana killing more than 20 people and causing much damage.
Seems odd to me. That appears to be more of a tornado watch vs a warning. A warning is most often limited to a county by county area since a super
cell which creates the tornado is limited in it's area.
Again just seems someone miss-labeled a watch for a warning.
