Pursian Proverb

Just some words to ponder.

He who knows not,
And knows not that he knows not,
Is a fool- show him.
He who knows not,
And knows that he knows not,
Is a child- teach him.
He who knows,
And knows not that he knows,
Is asleep-wake him.
He who knows,
And knows that he knows,
Is wise-follow him.

I am informed that this "proverb" is from Persia.
The auther to me, is unknown.
I hope that this is an acceptable place for me to post this.

I would say: He who knows not, and knows that he knows not is wise...
