modern UFO reports are Ancient Indian Aircraft Technology

There are 230 stanzas dealing with the construction, take-off, cruising for thousand of miles, normal and forced landings, and even possible collisions with birds. In 1875, the Vaimanika Sastra, a fourth century B.C. text written by Bharadwaj the Wise, using even older texts as his source, was rediscovered in a temple in India. It dealt with the operation of Vimanas and included information on the steering, precautions for long flights, protection of the airships from storms and lightning and how to switch the drive to "solar energy" from a free energy source which sounds like "anti-gravity."

It seems to me that these aircrat have been around for 15 to 20 thousand years (maybe more),why does it take so long to make the connection between modern ufo reports and ancient aircraft.

Because there is much much more to the modern UFO phenomena than just sightings.

We have abduction reports and eye witness accounts that cannot be explained by ancient indian air craft.

Is it inconceivable that the technology to make these air craft came from an ET source?

No it is not inconceivable ,my point of the thread was to stimulate readers of the possibility of ufo reports being before roswell and the normal preconcieved notion of the 20th and 21st century that this is a modern day phenomena.It is quite possible that the knowledge of flight the vedic's had was handed down by E.T's. The fact that these stories were written thousands of years ago are amazing,they fit so well in our times.

Why can modern day abduction reports, etc. not be explained by accounts of ancient aircraft? Could not the people who built these craft simply be returning or coming out of their places of hiding? Just because the technology was once had by the people of this planet doesn't mean that it originated from here. It is easier for me to believe that it came from somewhere else by people who came here and are quite capable of coming here again.
