The Swedish government has lifted its endangered species protection against "The Storsjo Monster" because it cannot be proven to exist scientifically.

The so-called Storsjo monster was first mentioned in print in 1635.


If it's escaped hunters since 1635, it probably doesn't have anything to worry about.

I tell you one thing, I wouldn't go swimming in that lake anymore. Drunken Swedish hunters shooting first and asking questions later.
