In this thread I would like members to post about the deaths of high profle people that are somewhat suspicious no matter how well it has been accounted for.

This is purely speculative but the list when built may show some interesting details and co incidences not looked at before.


David Lange - Ex Prime minster of New Zealand and staunch anti nuclear suppporter.


Lange was responsible for the banning of American nuke powered ships into NZ ports from the 80's onwards. Died of a mysterious little known kidney problem. Along those lines when I read that Spielberg had some kidney issue that he was in hospital for it raised my conspiracy stinks hackles on my neck.

A Palestinian ministerial inquiry into the death of former leader Yasser Arafat has proved inconclusive, said Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei.
Mr Qurei said that the inquiry found that French and Palestinian doctors could not identify the disease that killed Mr Arafat.
The former Palestinian leader's death was not caused by germs, cancer, poisoning or Aids, said Mr Qurei.
Yasser Arafat died on 11 November 2004 at a French military hospital.
But Mr Qurei added that file on Yasser Arafat's death would not be closed as "there could be medical developments in the future that could determine the cause of his death."

Comment: We're still treating this as very suspicious. They have flip-flopped AGAIN. First it was multiple gunshot wounds, then it was just one and now it's multiple again. The coroner is right we have seen multiple wounds before in suicides, but only in Arkansas. Would somebody stealing your motorcycle really drive you over the edge? Remember what 'Freeway' Ricky Ross said? "The last time I talked to Gary he was excited and happy about life. He was thriving and looking towards the future." We owe it to Gary to exhaust all possibilities, that's what he would have wanted being the meticulous researcher he was.

In August 1996, Webb wrote one of the first pieces of journalism that reached a massive audience thanks to the Internet: an explosive 20,000 word, three-part series documenting links between coc aine traffickers, the crack epidemic of the 1980s and the CIA-organized right-wing Nicaraguan Contra army of that era. Credible sources who were close to Gary Webb have stated that he was receiving death threats, being regularly followed, and that he was concerned about strange individuals who were seen on multiple occasions breaking into and leaving his house before his apparent 'suicide' on Friday morning.
Webb, a Pullitzer prize winning journalist, exposed CIA drug trafficking operations in a series of books and reports for the San Jose Mercury News. He was found dead on Friday morning in what the police said was an apparent suicide.

Former Cabinet minister Robin Cook, 59, has died after collapsing while hill walking in north-west Scotland.
It is believed he was taken ill while walking with his wife Gaynor near the summit of Ben Stack, at around 1420 BST, Northern Constabulary said.
Mr Cook was flown by coastguard helicopter to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness, where he was pronounced dead, said an NHS Highland spokesman.
Mr Cook quit as Commons leader in March 2003, in protest over the war in Iraq.
Following Mr Cook's death, former friends and colleagues paid tribute to him.

Hence, the "Paparazzi killed Diana" theory turns out to be bull.

He'd been working on a story about the World Trade Center attacks and had stumbled across what he felt was hard evidence showing the towers had been brought down not by the airplanes that flew into them but by explosive charges set off in their foundations. Now he thought someone was out to stop him publishing it: "They're gonna make it look like suicide," he said. "I know how these bastards think . . ."
Hunter S. Thompson ... was indeed working on such a story.
Now check out this February 25 Associated Press story about Thompson's death. Sounds a lot like a professional hit with a silencer:
"I was on the phone with him, he set the receiver down and he did it. I heard the clicking of the gun," Anita Thompson told the Aspen Daily News in Friday's editions.

Hopefully the coroner will, at the very least, establish:
a) whether the knife found at the scene in the copse belonged to Dr. Kelly, and
b) whether the prescription painkillers found at the scene had been prescribed to him.
We have seen footage of a softly-spoken man, giving measured responses to a Parliamentary Select Committee; and we have been invited to draw the conclusion that the way he has been treated by Parliament, the press and the MoD has upset him so much that he saw no alternative to taking his own life. It is important to remember, however, that his refreshingly-gentle tone of voice belied his positions as a senior UN arms inspector and as the head of microbiology at Porton Down. It seems questionable that the man whom Saddam Hussein, his chief scientists and their minders couldn't intimidate, would kill himself because a few British politicians have been mean to him.
It is also implausible that Dr. Kelly was made suicidal by press coverage. Kelly, says Tom Mangold, "spoke to lots of journalists, not for self-aggrandisement, but because he wanted them to report WMDs properly".
Mangold also says "Suicide just wasn’t David. He could handle the worst that the world could throw at anyone. He fought the Iraqi intelligence services and won. The scientist at the heart of the maelstrom over Iraqi weapons of mass destruction had found the pressure unbearable. Publicly outed for an illicit conversation with a BBC radio journalist, he was terrified of losing his job and, at 59, he committed suicide. Lord Butler's conclusions, founded on countless hours of testimony, are clearly solidly based. Yet there are a growing number of people who voice grave doubts over whether this is how Dr Kelly died in an Oxfordshire wood during a summer night last year.
Even before Lord Hutton's historic judgment, Mai Pederson, an American army intelligence officer and confidante of Dr Kelly, said the scientist would never have taken his own life.
More intriguingly, she explained that he hated all types of pill. He even had trouble swallowing a headache tablet.
Admittedly, Pederson is a shadowy figure who declined to present herself in person to the Hutton Inquiry. Yet her doubts have been endorsed by a number of respected doctors who say David Kelly cannot have died from blood loss or painkiller poisoning, certainly on the evidence presented to the law lord.

As an interesting aside to this. I have a theory on "high profile death by disease or suicide"

as spoken before I really believe that the chemical balance of the mind can be influenced by drugs and also low frequency radio signals that interfere with the mind as well, sending the perosn into a deep moroase state. A push here and a push there and we have a suicide.

Disease can be introduced to anyone easily enough. In another thread I mentioned Dan Brown, the author of the Da Vinci code and another book by him called Deception Point. In that book he actually mentioned an idea I had had for quite a few years. Called microbots in the book, they were teeny tiny almost microscopic radio controlled deadly robots that acted like mosquitoes to sting and poison the target.

So there we have an idea of how these diseases can be transmitted, like in the case of arafat and Lange.

Now heres the part that I have been thinking deeply on. A month or so back it was reported in the news that two of AUstralia's top high profile prisoners had died in the same day, on separate sides of the country.

Prisoner Phillip Bell - notorious Paedophile died of "cancer"

Prisoner John Glover - The Granny killer hung himself in his cell.

here we have two prisoners, who no one wants to see ever released from jail, dying the same day in both the exact methods mentioned previously in this thread, suicide and disease. I think they were experiments, expendable unwanted experiments.

Glover was already off centre. he killed and raped old ladies and placed their shoes all neatlike facing the door next to their bodies. Suicide would be easy with enough low frequency directed at him until he was so depressed. Prisoners don't usually hang because hanging materials are taken away from them.

Bell, well as he was a cancer that spread to innocent children everywhere, it was more apt that he should die of a painful wasting disease. He was also rumoured to be in a police paedophile ring. So it stands to reason there are people who didn't want him talking

By way of explanation, Task Force Speedo was a New South Wales Police Service intelligence-gathering operation that concentrated on the allegations of a certain Mr Fisk of a police paedophile protection ring. On Monday of this week, 30 November, Philip Harold Bell was found guilty of 28 child sexual assault charges against five youths in the 1980s. In 1996 Bell was called to give evidence to the Wood royal commission but fled the country before doing so. It has been almost two years since his arrest after an international manhunt. On the front page of a Sydney tabloid of 1 December the verdict was described as "BELL GUILTY Millionaire paedophile convicted on 28 charges." Honourable members will know that Bell is now awaiting sentence.

John Wayne Glover, 72 - known as the Granny Killer - was found in his Lithgow jail cell and pronounced dead at 1.25pm (AEST), a NSW Corrective Services spokesman said.

He had been serving life without parole for the murder of six elderly women on Sydney's north shore between 1989 and 1990.

In May he collapsed in his cell and was placed on suicide watch after telling prison officers: "I've had enough - I want to kill myself."

At that time he was assessed by a mental health review team and monitored by closed circuit television, receiving a complete medical check-up, having undergone two operations in previous years for cancer.

Granny killer John Glover has been placed on suicide watch at Lithgow Jail after telling prison officers: "I've had enough - I want to kill myself."

Jailed in 1991 for the murder of six elderly women, 72-year-old Glover was assessed by a mental health review team yesterday and is confined alone in a "safe cell" under 24-hour closed-circuit TV surveillance.

The saga began on Thursday night when Glover collapsed in his cell, fell into an apparent coma and couldn't speak.

Glover, who carries prisoner number 13, was rushed under a special security escort to the nearby Bathurst Hospital, where he was given a complete medical check-up.

The attending doctor became suspicious when he discovered Glover's "collapse" appeared to be faked and he concluded that Glover had "feigned his illness" and should be returned to prison.

I saw David Lange at an air port about 7 years ago ..... considering how well "liked" the man was ...... Many people turned there backs to him and many scoffed in discust at the man.

He looked like a disgrace to tell the truth.

Well, it's obvious that people are whacked by the good ole american gov. but they would never admit it. unfortunately, some people really and truly believe that americans actually "care" and would take action if the gov. was exposed. Not so. The american people would rather sit and die before they took any action to right a wrong or even save their own lives.
Some people believe that if they could just prove it in a book, the people would listen or "do something". Fact is, that americans deserve no freedom and don't even deserve to live. They are spoiled, over consuming, parasitic locusts, that would never lift a finger for life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness- or justice. Government does what they do because they know that america is a cesspool of lazy gluttons. Glad you've included David Kelly on this list, Mayet.

I've always felt that his death has elements of 'oddness' about it - and especially so after the white wash of the Hutton Report.

The email correspondance that is listed as evidence in the Hutton report is interesting. Of course there is the infamous Judy Miller *Dark Forces* email but there is an earlier one from Kelly (evidence ref no 0164-0165) which given current shenagingans over in DC is decidely interesting...

Also of course one has to ask the question - is that *all* the email that was found on his computer??

Olof Palme

Swedish politician. He was the leader of the Social Democratic Party from 1969 to 1986 and was Prime Minister of Sweden with a Privy Council Government from 1969 to 1976 and with a Cabinet Government from 1982.

He was assassinated in 1986. The shocking murder still haunts Sweden and its neighbouring Scandinavian countries to this day.

Olof Palme could often be seen without any bodyguard protection, and the night of his murder was one such occasion. Walking home from a movie theatre with his wife Lisbet on the central Stockholm street Sveavägen, close to midnight on February 28, 1986, the couple were attacked by a lone gunman. Palme was shot twice in the stomach, his wife was shot in the back.

Police said that a taxi-driver used his mobile radio to raise the alarm. Two young girls sitting in a car close to the scene of the shooting tried to help the Prime Minister. He was rushed to hospital but was dead on arrival; Mrs Palme's wound was treated and she recovered. The attacker escaped eastwards on the crossing Tunnelgatan and disappeared.

Deputy Prime Minister Ingvar Carlsson immediately assumed the duties as Prime Minister and as new leader of the Social Democratic Party.

Palme's assassination remains unsolved with a number of conspiracy theories surrounding the murder:

a. a right-wing extremist Victor Gunnarsson was quickly arrested for the murder but was soon released, after a dispute between the police and prosecuting attorneys;

b. the Kurdish connection - Hans Holmér, the Stockholm police commissioner, followed up an intelligence lead passed to him (supposedly by Bertil Wedin) and arrested a number of Kurds living in Sweden, after allegations that one of their organisations, the PKK, was responsible for the murder. The lead proved inconclusive however and ultimately led to his removal from the Palme murder investigation. Fifteen years later, in April 2001, a team of Swedish police officers went to interview Kurdish rebel leader Abdullah Ocalan in a Turkish prison about Ocalan's allegations that a dissident Kurdish group, led by his ex-wife, murdered Palme. The police team's visit proved futile;

c. the fanatic - more than a year and a half after Palme's death Christer Pettersson, a small-time criminal, drug user and alcoholic, was arrested for the murder in December 1988. Identified by Mrs Palme as the killer, Pettersson was tried and convicted of the murder, but was later acquitted on appeal to the High Court. The appeal succeeded mainly because the murder weapon had not been found. Additional evidence against Pettersson surfaced in the late 1990s, mostly stemming from various petty criminals who had altered their stories but also from a confession made by Pettersson. The chief prosecutor, Agneta Blidberg, considered re-opening the case. From reading articles in the press and on the internet, it would seem that the smart money is on the South African connection. Alledgedly, the South African Defence Force ran something called Operation Longreach, the purpose of which was to spy on, and possibly eliminate, opponents of the Apartheid regime abroad. Olof Palme was said to have been a victim of this operation.

One of the main players in this scandal, Craig Williamson, was granted immunity from prosecution by the South African 'Truth And Reconcilliation Commision'. He literally got away with murder.

An interesting piece of trivia is connected to this case. The film Red Scorpion, starring Dolph Lundgren, was supposedly financed by the South African Defence Force for propaganda purposes. It is said that all military hardware seen in the film was supplied by SADF.

The only value I do see in your post is that alot of people on this planet feel similar sentiments towards Americans and it is important to have discourse between these people and Americans so America can become more liked and help citizens of other countries.

The first question really was, how could anyone be crazy enough NOT to ask the question seriously? It has become quite fashionable to heap instant disdain and superior ridicule on any talk of foul play and conspiracy in high places as a sign of "mania" or "paranoia", but as some have pointed out, the fact that so many people were quick to raise suspicions is nothing but a healthy sign, regardless of what the story turns out to be! Perhaps the public is starting to wake up to reality and understand, "it DOES happen here"? What is undeniable is that politics by airplane crash is an old tradition and has been practiced around the world. Many people quickly recalled other shady "accidents" from the past. Some pointed out by Mike Ruppert:

Rep. Hale Boggs, D-La., was killed in 1972 and had been an outspoken member of the Warren Commission investigating the assassination of JFK. Various sources reported that he had openly expressed doubts about the commission's findings.

Rep. Jerry Litton, D-Mo., was killed while campaigning for a U.S. Senate seat from Missouri nearly two months before the 1976 election. This was exactly the same fate that was to befall Missouri Democratic Gov. Mel Carnahan twenty-four years later.

Rep. Larry McDonald, D-Ga. and the national chairman of the John Birch Society and creator of a private intelligence operation called Western Goals, was killed on KAL 007 after it had mysteriously veered off course on a flight to South Korea and ventured several hundred miles into Soviet territory. The plane was shot down by the Soviet air force. At the time, McDonald's Western Goals was being exposed in an LAPD intelligence scandal linked to massive domestic spying, the CIA and covert operatives like Gen. John Singlaub.

Rep. Larkin Smith, D-Miss. was killed in a private plane crash in 1989. Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown, a Democrat, was killed in a plane crash in Croatia on April 3, 1996. There are many unresolved mysteries with this incident, not the least of which is a color photograph of a post mortem Brown, which is frequently displayed by comedian/activist Dick Gregory, clearly showing a bullet wound in the back of his skull. John Tower, a recently retired Republican senator from Texas known for his heavy drinking, was writing a book about the Iran-Contra affair when he was killed in a plane crash in 1991. Tower had reportedly been extremely unhappy when he had been denied an appointment as secretary of defense by President George Herbert Walker Bush. Tower had also been the chairman of a Reagan-appointed independent commission investigating Iran-Contra.

In a recent investigative piece at FTW, Ruppert draws the following conclusions, which are supported by other researchers:

• icing or adverse weather conditions were not to blame.

• pilot error was very unlikely. Two very experienced pilots were on board.

• the King Air 100 is a remarkably reliable and safe aircraft.

Also, Ruppert reports off-the-record Congressional sources who believe Wellstone was murdered.

ELEANOR HALL: To the United States now and the news this lunchtime that John Walton, the heir to the Wal-Mart fortune, has died in a light aircaft crash.

A billionaire with a penchant for flying homemade planes, Mr Walton was recently listed as the 11th richest person in the world, and his family's retail business is a US and worldwide phenomenon.

With more details, North America Correspondent Leigh Sales joins me now.

Leigh, what can you tell us about this plane crash?

LEIGH SALES: Well John Walton, who's 58 is the second son of the founder of Walmart, Sam Walton. Today around lunchtime he was taking off from an airstrip in Jackson, Wyoming, where he lives, and shortly after takeoff the plane crashed and he was pronounced dead on the scene.

We don't know yet what the cause of the crash was. The weather was fine, so investigations are still ongoing. It was an ultralight plane, it was a home made, experimental aircraft, it had an aluminium frame and wings and the covering of it is described as being similar to the sort of material that sail cloth is made out of.

ELEANOR HALL: Being a home made plane seems a little extraordinary. Do we know that he had some sort of obsession with home made planes?

LEIGH SALES: No, we don't, because details… the company only announced late this afternoon, or a very short time ago, an hour or so ago, that he'd died. They informed employees around the world, so we don't know much about him and about his obsessions and that sort of thing yet, but yes, the fact that the plane was home made instantly stands out

Earlier, a spokesperson for Oyo State in southwestern Nigeria, where the plane came down, said that rescuers had reported that as many as half the 117 people on board had survived. There was no word on how many were injured.
Diop had no news on the other ECOWAS officials on the plane. The group had been travelling back to the organisation's Abuja headquarters after some of them had attended a events in Lagos and nearby Cotonou

It was owned by Colombia's West Caribbean Airways and had been chartered by Martinique tour company Globe Trotters.
The victims were mainly Martinique government officials returning home from a holiday with their families.

On October 6, 1976 two timebombs variously described as dynamite or C-4 planted on the Douglas DC-8 aircraft exploded, killing all 73 people on board in the most deadly act of airline terrorism in the Western hemisphere until September 11. Evidence implicated several CIA-linked anti-Castro Cuban exiles and members of the Venezuelan secret police DISIP. Political complications quickly arose when Cuba accused the US government of being an accomplice to the attack. CIA documents released in 2005 indicate that the agency had prior knowledge that the bombing was going to take place.
Four men were arrested in connection with the bombing: Freddy Lugo and Hernan Ricardo Lozano were sentenced to 20-year prison terms, Orlando Bosch was acquitted, and Luis Posada Carriles escaped from prison and later fled to the United States, where he still lives as of November 2005.

A passenger aircraft that went missing on Thursday in Russia’s Evenkia, North Siberia, crashed killing all nine people on board, Russian news agencies reported Friday.
Rescuers found the plane on Friday morning near the village of Tura. All seven passengers and two crew members were killed in the crash. According to preliminary reports, the plane crashed into a rock.
Among those killed are the deputy governor of the Evenkia region Ivan Safronov; the head of the region’s fuel, energy and utilities directorate, the chief public health official, and the head of a local oil product retailer. One of the passengers was a 15-year-old boy.

MACEDONIA - State funeral of President Boris Trajkovski
The state ceremonial funeral of President Boris Trajkovski is slated for 1155 on 5 March in Skopje, Macedonia. The president and eight others were killed 25 February when their airplane crashed south of Sarajevo, in southern Bosnia. Trajkovski's body will lie in state at the Macedonian Parliament on 4 March. The funeral procession will proceed on foot from the national Parliament building to Bit-Pazar. All foreign VIP delegations will arrive at the cemetery separate from the procession. Authorities will increase security in and around central Skopje, especially 4-5 March, when many of the dignitaries arrive. Special services, processions and prayer vigils will be held throughout Macedonia. Airport delays are possible as a result of the arrival and departure of foreign dignitaries. Friday has been declared a day of mourning in Bosnia, while Macedonian state radio played classical music and mourners lit candles outside Trajkovski's Skopje office.
Trajkovski was en route to an international investment conference in Mostar. The plane disappeared from radar about 20 miles (32 km) southeast of the Bosnian city.
The apparent crash came on the day Macedonia was submitting its formal application for membership in the European Union.

The Rwandan Government has dismissed press speculation that the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) shot down President Juvenal Habyarimana's plane in April 1994 as "baseless propaganda".
In a lengthy article, published on 1 March, the Canadian daily, The National Post, said it had obtained a confidential United Nations report which provided detailed testimony from RPF informants on their own involvement in the attack on the plane.
The RFP was a predominantly Tutsi rebel movement, whose long guerrilla campaign against the then Hutu-dominated government had won it the promise of a stake in a future government, and the return of hundreds of thousands of Tutsi refugees.
According to The National Post, the report had been commissioned by former UN Secretary-General Boutros Boutros Ghali in April 1994, but was suppressed three years later.

He successfully negotiated new Panama Canal treaties (1977) with U.S. President Jimmy Carter that transferred the Canal Zone and ultimately the canal to Panamanian control. In 1978, he chose not to run for president, though he remained as commander of the National Guard. He died in a plane crash.
