Please Help Before I hack this thing into BITS!(No pun intended)

I Need some serious help with cleaning out my registry. I am running WIN XP HE, I run Norton SYSTEM WORKS-(defrag, antivirus,speeddisk, WinDoc,etc-which BTW Norton kind of stinks), Have Microsoft antispyware running in back ground all times, as well as WIn Patrol. They are still picking up traces of programs I have uninstalled, IE Bearshare and things like that. If you could possibly lead me to a really good reggie cleaner it would be more than appreciated. The Manual C:/regedit takes too long, and I don't know too much about it so I don't want to FUBAR my system, I have already had to FDISK because of viruses before, I just need to cleanout my registry.

Search for a program called jv16 powertools. You'll have to go to a sight that has an older version, as it is not free anymore. I've been using it for years, it's about the best reg cleaner out there.

It should tell you which are safe to delete, depending on which prog you are using
