400-million-year-old genitalia discovered

Well, I have always assumed that most complex lifeforms have always replicated themselves much the same way that they do today. I guess this just confirms it.

Scientists have discovered the world's oldest fossilised genitals, dating back 400 million years.

The male and female private parts belonged to an ancestor of the modern daddy-long-legs.

Long legs were not the creature's only outstanding feature. Preserved within the male fossil was a penis two-thirds the length of its body.

I now see the natural course of evolution. Back then, when boy spiders were hung like rhinos, the female spiders were happy, and enjoyed long lasting unions. but as evolution progressed, and spider penis got shorter and shorter, female spiders decided they werre de evoloving into something absultely worthless, and thus, began eating the males after a night of poor, lackluster copulation from a scrawny dicked he spider.

Its all making sense now..........
