I must admit, when I read of the proximity of Mars this weekend I did think about any astrological influences it might exert...if you believe that sort of thing!

  (The Israeli embassy in New Delhi declared an emergency alert in the wake of the bombings, at least one Israeli tourist sustained light injuries in the blast.)
  
  
• The second blast took place at South Delhi's Sarojini Nagar Market, which left 20 dead.
  
  
• The third explosion took place in a bus in South Delhi's Okhla area, three people were killed

The Rediff website ( a leading Internet portal focussing on India and the global Indian community) said the blasts are suspected to be the handiwork of the banned Pakistan-based group Lashker-e-Toiba.

Just one problem you listed the last dates as 29/8/05 when in fact todays date is 29/10/05 that leaves out a coincidence.

Thats the group name, ive been looking around for that name on the net and couldn't find anything.

Spelling of the name is incorrect it is Lashkar-e-Toiba
'Army of the Pure'. Note the a in place of the e in the first name.

That's both fine with me. Hebrew alefbeth does not have vowels and I do not know whether indian alefbeths have them in a version equal to the christian alefbeth.

However, the Indian media spells Lashker-e-Toiba with an e

it figures.....i have been telling for some time that Islamic extremists dont always target Americans or its interests but people just dont seem to listen. u dink dat people realize that Islamic extremists are just targeting Americans because of troops in the ME?

You ever thought that this might be unrelated to the states? These "evil terrorist" are not always after America btw..there are more countries in the world besides America.

of course...y u dink i mentioned about it. as i say before people has made assumptions about y America is hated by the world and dat it seems dat Americans is mostly targeted. but we have seen other nations being targeted dat is not related to America or its interest at all.

Yes America might only have 300 million out of the 6.2billion, but they are everything!

i say people have made assumptions like for example in opinions or editors who would explain as to why America was attacked after 9/11. and since then we have seen or expected to see dat Americans are attacked by Islamic extremists and dat we seem to be the main targets. but we should also know dat we are not the only ones to be attacked. other non-Americans have been attacked as well but the media seems to be concentrating only to the news of attacks on Americans.

I wouldn't be surprised if the ISI had something to do with this attack, they were also involved in the parliament bombing and one of their head guys had ties to the 9/11 hijackers.

The US says it doesn't ally itself with terrorist nations, yet for some reason we're allied with Pakistan. Even though the Pakistani government isn't even a legitimate one and is ruled by a military dictator.

Back in high school during a JSA conference I asked representative Jim McDermott why our country is allied with Pakistan even though there's evidence that the Pakistani government infiltrates terrorists into Kashmir. I mean, it doesn't make very much sense, especially after the tough talk coming from president Bush following 9/11. What he said really surprised me. He told me that the US needs Pakistan as an ally because Afghanistan borders it on one side and the Indian ocean borders it on the other. Afghanistan is a landlocked country and in order for us to get at their natural gas and oil (after having invaded their country and setting up a new government) we need to build a pipeline through Pakistan down to the Indian ocean. I think it's an interesting enough theory (and much closer to the truth than I expected), especially coming from a United States congressman.

And the US does not.
Pakistan is ruled by a military dictator that does not sponsor and/or support terrorists organizations and/or terrorists, whereas nations that have been labeled "terrorist nations", such as Syria, Iran, etc., have leaderships that do sponsor and support terrorist organizations and/or terrorists, again, such as Syria, Iran, etc.

That is your difference and that is why the US considers Pakistan an ally in the war on terrorism.
