The "Idiot Box"... Possibly a future Mind Control Device??

Wow..I had a scary scary thought today as I was flipping through a Best Buy brochure. I was looking at the TVs, specifically the HI-DEF TVs, and then it hit me. I remember reading an article concerning mind control on this site a few times Mind Control
The article predicted that the government would be using mind control around the year 2004...well, if I remember correctly, the government is also requiring that all television programming and channels must be in High Definition by the year 2005...coincidence? I hope so.
