Who believes LHO shot JFK?

The reason I ask is, with the passage of time, are people more open to the possibility that TPTB are capable of perpetrating such an act. It seems to me that the general populace put up barriers against such a possiblility, but do such barriers last?

With time, vis-a-vis 9/11, will these barriers come down?
