there are a number of interesting weather monitoring utilities.... The one I have just got (so am not to up to speed on it!!) is 'Digital
Atmosphere'... It is used professionally worldwide according to the write-up. You download the latest weather data from around the world and can show
it on various maps anywhere on the planet.. This could be useful for showing correlations between HAARP activity, seismic events, etc?? I havn't
gone in depth into it yet but it looks like there are is a lot of information you can get from it if you know what you are doing!

Too bad the full version only works for 30 days...but it says "some" features are disabled after that time unless you buy a license for $68.
