Help with a "Capstone Project"

Hello everybody, I go to a technical school and we have this two year project we are supposed to do called "Capstone". I do not know who has ever heard of it but if you have then great, you will already know what Im talking about. I am in Telecommunications and the project I am basing this on is "How Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) works. I was wondering if I could get any help. It would be VERY much appreciated. The hardest part about this is that it has to be written in APA format. Thanks guys...if this needs to be deleted please do so.
