Hey guys, whats up? I am new to the forum and just wanted to post about an idea that my friend and I had. I have no information to back it up and I just want to know what you guys think about it. Alright, well anyways along with the idea, wouldn't it be cool if like say a person dies and they are buried. Their body eventually comes to be decayed. The organism that ate the decaying body eventually works its way through the food chain until a person eats the animal that has eaten the others and so on. Then the animals energy's and nutrients are transferred to the person that ate them and so on. Wouldn't it be cool if we are all connected through a "life force" and when you eat "another person" you inhert some of their traits and their personality subliminally influences your personality, your qualties, and your mind set. Maybe this is what the ancients meant of "reincarnation". My idea, let me know what you think.

I think, your victim buried in your garden soil has nothing to do with my mind and personal abilities. That person gave me what he had, anyway. He gave me permission to put my hand on it, and with this permission I am ready to live a brand new life... buy a new house, a car, a phone... etc.

Do you have a house? anyway.

seeuathemovies, congrats, but you are a couple thousand years late with that idea. Seems the "Indians" (Natives) thought it up first. Watch Pocahontas and see. Or the Lion King. "Circle of Life". Even Disney has adopted this idea
.

I think this is why traditional Chinese medicine uses odd things like a bear's gallbladder. All the powerful and majestic animals. "You better eat your tiger if you want to grow up big and strong!"
. We should probably stop eating pork, and a lot of other things then.

And istvan1, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what you are trying to say in any of your posts that I have read. You just kind of ramble about stuff not even mentioned in the post. Might want to get that checked out.

I don't think that the ancients meant it like that. I think tht they meant different lifeforms altogther. For example coming back to life as a fly. Well I don't think that it would be cool as they might have a genetic disorder or aids or something like that. People will suffer for no real reason.

Coming back as a ffly?

Well, coming back as an other creature... so if a person dies, is buried, a mammal eats some cockroaches near the corpse... and there we go! The former human being comes back to life as the ffamily's best pet!

Some people do think that by burying their loved ones in their home residence, may prove that their soul is very close. Very close.

Looking into the eyes of that beloved pet, may show an interesting phenomenon. Did it eat a lot of worms from that decaying human body?

well i knew the lion king did a thing like that, but that is all along the lines of like physical characteristics (the tiger and bear and all that stuff). im talking like maybe a peice the things that u are afraid of, the things u love, ur sense of humor, ur out look on life, and so on. like the way ur brain works come froms the people u eat basicly. (just a thought)

Within the matter of any food you intake is probably the residue of billions, if not trillions of other beings.

Through what observation did you come up with this theory?

This isn't exactly "reincarnation" as it is popularly understood, a psychophysical dualistic notion that the soul is recycled into multiple incarnations. Matter and energy are neither created nor destroyed so it's more a matter of recycling in a process that is easily as large, complex and awe-inspiring as any religious system. The notion of gaining or borrowing the attributes of an animal (including humans) by consuming a part of them is a widespread folklore belief (i.e. cultures where hunters eat the heart and other organs of their prey in a ritualistic manner). There actually is some interesting occurrences of people experiencing "tissue memories" from transplanted organs (see the movie "21 Grams" which is of course fictional but worth seeing anyway).

cannabalism is based on your theory. Certain primitive tribes felt that by eating the bodies of their enemies, they would gain their "life force" qualities etc

and No I don't think Reincarnation is related to what your are discussing because with reincarnation, the body is only a vessel or shell and doesn't hold any power or connection to the soul once dead/destroyed.

Yes as stated above this is not a new idea, but this idea isnt really considered part of the reincarnation proccess.

What follows is a small protion of somethng that I myself wrote. wether or not you agree with it, it might help you find a little clarity of thought on the matter..

God, Energy
&
Reincarnation
By: Jason Michael (My pen name)

All things are energy, including God (in whatever form that which is "God" takes). All energy is in a state of vibration, When you align yourself to these vibrations, you will feel the presence of the universe.

When you align yourself with the universe, you be able channel the vibrations of the universe through your hands, through your eyes. through your very being. Those for whom the power of the universe rests in the hands of could tell you (WHEN they share such things), That this energy flows through the body, from the Crown of the skull (The "halo" of classical & spiritual texts, also known as "Kether" in hebrew), travelling down, both directly through the spine, and indirectly crossing back and forth through out the body, allowing the flow of energy to course though the body, reaching the 9 other points of spiritual concentration within the body known as the "Spehiroth" in hebrew. (10 counting the Kether, but in this context we are speaking of how energy flows down from the Kether to the other Sephiroth, also known as "Chakra"

If that which rules the cosmos, the "Macro-cosm", is a being of conscious rational thought, then it could be said that God is a scientist, and that "E=mc2" because god wills it so. Remember that in the bible, it is stated that "God" hates chaos, that "God" favors order and stability.

it has already been stated that all things in matter are made of energy at a specific vibration. It is known that energy cannot be destroyed, only transmuted or changed. This transmutation is restricted in nature, and energy can only be changed so much (i.e. lead cannot be made into gold). This holding true, the energy that is the human soul would not go to waste in the passing from the flesh, but would be recycled into that which the energy would be best used for.. a new human spirit. It is in this, that we know reincarnation to not only be possible, but most likely true.

-End excert-

Now for many people reading this.. these things are nothing new, but i think you will find it helpfull

You are to kind.

I can only thank the Macrocosm for laying out a nice neat universe to study and observe... Observation is the key to the lock that is understanding

if you have the time for alittle reading you might also like to pick up the book "Numerology & The Divine Triangle" by Faith Javane and Dusty Bunker

it touches on reincarnation for a few chapters and has lots of other great information

Since this is the only post to deal with Reincarnation I will post this here..

If you have any objections to what is stated... Please show them..
The Reincarnation of Abraham Lincoln into John Kennedy

I find this here very interesting..

Alot of similarities.
