i wonder if medetation might help you before you try again? to get really relaxed before you go into a session?

i'm interested that she conversed about abductions at all. being the cynic i am, i'm troubled she may (most probably NOT) be in to get more money from you?or is she well known as a specialist for abduction hypnosis? because then she would naturally correctly guess that's why you were there.
