Here are some of mine:

Daft Punk: Around the World. Its all one take! Phenomenal piece of filmmaking and choreography, if anyone made a mistake at any point the whole thing had to be shot again!

Royksopp: Remind Me. Plain odd, but well worth watching, explains how the world works in its own little way.

Air: Sexy Boy. A giant monkey flies into space. Nuff said.

Rammstein: Stripped. Nazi propaganda, Greek ruins, American flags, whats not to love?

The video to Buddy Holly by Weezer is a classic. It's basically a chunk of the proggy Happy Days with the Weezer lads edited in.

Coffee and TV by Blur is a cool one as well

Sleep Now In The Fire by Rage Against the Machine is good too

Man, I was going to say Buddy Holly by Weezer as well. Great video, great song.
