Heh, I gotta go with my esteemed Kiwi on this one. I would never own a car made after 1981 as it is, but If I had to, I would totaly just rip the damn thing out of the car. And I am an auto mechanic, so I will damn well be able to rewire the car so that it would run perfectly without it.

I might be in favor of a black box that booted ur azz out of the car for Crappy Driving. Speed is not a problem. The problem is the people for whom 10 mph under the speed limit is WAY over their heads.

Away from populated areas speed limits should be abolished.
