There is a thread by XGvtGirl, forgot her exact name but it is an excellent thread with maps and photos of possible nuclear contamination of the waters of NOLA and a strong plea not to start the reactors until the International Atomic Commision (not exact name either, memories going but close) says it is okay.

Thank you for bringing this up and I hope that another ATS member can shed some light.
