Do not increase goverment to deal with this

I keep hearing all this talk that the goverment needs to be increased to deal with natural disaters.
Give me a break.
If the goverment does grow bigger to help deal with these problems,guess what will happen? The same thing over agian. You will just pay more taxes, but they will spend it on something else.
San Francisco is no safer now, than it was in 1988. A bad Stran of Flue would wipe out a million Americans. We are no better than we where in 1918.
The goverment has promised change before and more money to go into disater or threats. It did not however. They spent it on something else. Hell there use to be 30 Fema people for just earthqaukes in 1988. Now there are just 3.
