Innocents in Iraq

As anyone who is following the war knows, the only reason we don't nuke Iraq is because we do not want to harm all of the inncent people. Well, i think that since we are using the inocents as an excuse, lets take advantage oftheir presence. Why don't we try and train them with some basic shooting skills if they do not know already. As long as we are there, why don't we give them some shrt range sniper rifles. This is just my viewpoint, if you agree, or even if you don't repkly please.

Enough Iraqis are amred as it is. I fail to see the benefit in your idea. Things will NOT get better if every man woman and child is armed with an AK. We DO however need to train and arm Iraqi police. Wich we are doing.

Hey I think Reagan had an idea like that back in the 80's... his administration gave a bunch of weapons and money to some people from the area so they could help out the Americans... I think their names were Osama and Saddam. That worked out real well.

Training a populace and supplying them with arms seems to be something that has often come back to bite you guys sqaurely on the buttocks has it not??

Americans have killed more than 2 miilion Iraqis, Iraqis have killed somewhere between 400-1000 Americans while defending their own nation.
