Asking for techniques again, maybe asking something not legal (not drugs! :) but perhaps copyright)

Well, huuu, dont know if this is legal, if it is please deletit know.
Some poeple told me that there is abook that supposly help you increase your habilities (thats why I asked for techniques)
One of the methods was "the free soul method" of Pete A. Sanders, recently I try and search it but because here they dont sell book in english I could buy it, fortunatly I found an english bookstore that work with amazon so maybe they can buy it for me. My point here is to clarify that I will buy the book in 2 or 3 month (zero money) but right know I would like on of the techniques written there. By technique I mean this, I red on a meditation book that to have visions and stuff like that you had to be on a confortable room, close your eyes and the guy gave you other instructions.
I need thing like that.
I´ll be thanksfull if someone could help (thank to the ones who already did it)

Asking for techniques discussed in the book is certainly not illegal. As long as you aren't looking for an E copy of the book, that's where the line is drawn in my opinion.
