I'm a serviceman that is willing to die for our freedoms. Freedom of speech is one that should not be taken away. And, at least this guy had the integrity to say that it was he who was responsible for those words, when no one at the highest level of representation of the American populas's choice has ever done the same.

Would this guy have been arrested if it weren't in front of the cameras?

He actually didn't get arrested, just handcuffed for 20
minutes. I can understand that what he said could be
wrong and that he maybe he should of refrained from
profanaties but at the same time he might not have
been thinking straight.

Reading the article, he tried to go home but was not
allowed to go through. Then he watched a convoy of
black cars & trucks allowed through. After driving
20 minutes around the blockade to go see his home
and relises that that was Cheney's convoy, I'm sure
he must have been pissed. I know I would have been.

And also, if I was ble to go to a dubya gump anything
I can assure you I wouldn't be afraid of saying it. I would
however not threaten him because that is a crime, but
what this guy did was/is no crime. Just like calling Bush
dubya gump would not be either.

I don't know about you guys but his music is actually
preety good. Being a musician and audio engineer/producer,
I was impressed. One of the articles said that he was
getting air time on a national radio station (not sure which
one though). There are links on his personel web site
if you want tho hear the music. I think they are the same links
as above.

No, again I cannot find the article I saw it in but
when mp3.com was taken over by the corporate
recording industry, I think he took his music off of
there. I know that prior to the takeover he had
26 number 1's on the mp3.com charts. More than
any other band on mp3.com. The following page
has a little history about it. It also has a video that
automattically downloads called "four more wars".
But right next to the video there is a little history
about the band. You can find that here, if you havn't
been there yet.

Yeah well I guess shouting out

"YOU'RE A CRIMINAL MR. CHENEY"

Would go over real well too.
